The hotel needs some improvements. Each morning at 6:00 a.m. you get waking up too loud hammering noise because there's a shoe factory above the hotel and the noise is too much The things need to be more up-to-date. There was a TV but the TV didn't work. There was a sink but the sink didn't work. It had no plumbing hook to it so it needs some improvement and the location is not good. If you're a woman by yourself, it's on the side street so not comfortable at night time

The staff behavior especially the manager Mr Mohamed and Kayrah, very helpful at all.time They need to improve their maintenance, it's an old structure but can do better to put it in a better condition,and work on their disrespectful and unruly cleaner, she is really the type that don't like black people

Location and Good staff I was given a room in the basement. No mention of this when selecting the room. There was no TV but didn't bother me as only 1 night stay. Room seemed not clean prior to check in.

Not too clean and not too well maintained. My room was on last floor and in the bathroom ceiling was very damaged by flood and not repaired.

The location of the facility was central, the room was clean.The price was quite reasonable for the location. Although the window and view are different in the images, we stayed in a room on the ground floor, which is not in the images, right next to a very noisy workshop and overlooking a garbage pile. Also, there were no bars on the window and it seemed like someone could easily get in through the window.

The hotel had a very good location, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed with friends, all of us had to do some online meetings and it was super convenient from the room. Big thanks to the team!

I’m writing to express our frustration and disappointment regarding our recent stay. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the apartment we were given was completely different from the one we had booked and seen in the photos. Unfortunately, the apartment was in poor condition and had several serious issues: Broken Window Glass – The glass in the window was broken, making the apartment uncomfortable and unsafe. Mold in the Bathroom – The bathroom ceiling was covered with mold, which posed health risks and was unpleasant. Leaking Water – After just two days, we noticed water leaking from the ceiling, which only worsened our concerns about the apartment’s safety. No Hot Water in the Shower – The shower had no hot water, which is a basic necessity for any guest. When we attempted to raise these issues with the owner, we were met with an unfriendly response and no willingness to address the problems or offer any solutions. We feel completely misled and disappointed, as the conditions were nowhere near what was promised in the listing.

Location, shower, very helpful and receptive staff (Mustafa and the other guys). Staita under construction that made it difficult for a disabled person (which was our case) to pass through. Other than that, everything was fine!

Location is decent. Enough for sleepover Stay for 4 people, we didn't have enough blankets. After asking, only thin one - basically big towel was provided. Initially some basement room was offered.
