The property itself is maintained very clean, the staff are amazing and very polite and professional. During our whole stay of 4 days, we didn’t have any warm/hot water and they couldn’t fix it nor offer us other room or any other solution. The noise from the streets outside is very loud, breakfast could be better.

"I only liked the hotel's location." "The room was not clean, and there were insects in or around the bathroom. The fridge wasn't working and emitted a foul smell. The window overlooked a very unpleasant view of a dirty courtyard filled with the noise of air conditioners and a bad odor. The air conditioner didn't work at all, and it was extremely hot.I got food poisoning from breakfast."

Radnici na recepciji COACHES!!! Cockroaches in room 207, on the second floor of the hotel. The air conditioner doesn't work! Out of 7 nights, 4 nights there was a bit of cold air from the air conditioner. the first night and the last two terribly hot, the air conditioner did not work at all. I wait 3-4 minutes for the hot water to come. The part where the toilet bowl is constantly flooded was! I only blame Booking for all this, because they actually sold me this hotel. So, Booking is not doing its job properly!!!! I'm sorry for ruining my vacation, me and my family!

The air conditioning never worked properly. The fridge in the room also never worked The room was very hot day and at nights.. The room was very hot , I couldn't sleep. The staff was lovely and kind. Everything else was fine , Just the room I booked the Air conditioning in the room never worked.

I like everything, wonderful places, a lot of shops around, 5min to go trolley ?, ?, it's safe, you can walk calmly ,no one will catch you-everyone tries to help. I love this place ❤️ Wonderful staff speaks many languages, English, Azerbaijan, Turkmen, Russian, Turkish. Services wonderful, everybody helpful, friendly, wonderful woman work in the kitchen, she makes very tasty breakfast ?-a big thank for her. I want go back here again ?

Only location Nothing, towels torn,shower was running that water was all over the bathroom, lock didn't work, breakfast very poor, number of knives and spoons for max.10 people then ran out. The boss very rude,even raised her voice over the quests ....BASICALLY TERRIBLE AND I DON'T SEE THEM THERE ANYMORE
