The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist Imrane,Yusef and Abdurahmane were very kind and veryyy helpful . The breakfast was delicious and good so far . Everything was great in vess hotel definitely we will come back there ???

The hotel is very close to M9 metro line so good for transport to Mall of Istanbul and city center. There were no thinner pillows. The ones in the room were very thick.

It was a small hotel, nothing like the picture, The shower smelled of mildew. No one came to clean my room the 2 weeks I was there, and I didn't get clean towels unless I flagged down housekeeping for them. The water from the sink when you initially turned it on had a bad smell. The free breakfast wasn't even worth it it was a bed of lettuce with slices of cheese and Salome, and cereal in a despenser or a plain egg omelet EVERY DAY

The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and accommodating, which made for a comfortable stay overall. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it had everything you might need. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offering, it was quite basic with limited options. For example, there was just cereal, a baguette with jam and butter, some tomatoes and olives, along with coffee or tea. There were no hot items, no juice and not much variety, which might be disappointing for guests expecting a more complete breakfast.

The location was close to the clinic we visit, however it was a little bit far from the center and historical part of Istanbul. The personnel of the hotel was excellent. We had a pleasure to communicate with the reception, they were very helpful.

The hotel room was incredible, beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. The front of house assistant, named Ayten was superb in making us feel welcome. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and informed us well of all the facilities and procedures for attending breakfast the next morning. She really has the customers best interests at heart. 10/10 No comment ☺️

Small , quiet hotel for good money. Close to metro station, 5 minutes walk. Several stores and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Service at the front desk awesome.

The woman working at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room, but it was not properly prepared. One bed was unmade with the mattress exposed, and there were wrappers left from previous guests. The soap dispensers were empty, the toilet roll wasn’t replenished, and the shower vent was covered with paper and tape. The lack of cleanliness made us hesitant to use the spa, as the overall condition did not reflect a 9.0 rating.

Property is very nice! I didn’t use the spa, but the rooms & reception were spot on. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to pick I’d say breakfast options, but it’s only a small area so not much for choice. STILL good though :)
