The proximity to public transport and the toursitic attraction The rooms were extremely small, on top of that, the single bed was narrower than standard. You couldn’t turn the side without falling down which made the sleep terrible

I liked the location and they offer a very good breakfast, the room is not bad, but the double deluxe room is very small, and also the bathroom, what I didn't like is this guy from Uzbekistan who works in reception of the hotel, he opened me the door at midnight, like what for? He has the masterkey of all the rooms, so he opened me the door, knowing perfectly I was alone and I am a woman, so I couldn't get back to sleep, because I was afraid the guy wanted to do me something, it was a bad experience, because this guy was trying to seduce me before and I didn't want to play his game, so he thought it was easy to open me the door, so for that reason I would never ever come back

I liked hospitality of staff and that location is near to train station and the place is safe and comfortable with many tourists and different cuisine tipes Everything was good, I don`t think I have anything to dislike

Perfect location

Very good location, nice stuff at reception. The rooms are very small. every morning you need to go to another hotel next to this hotel to have breakfast. At exactly ten o’clock, they clear away the breakfast. The breakfast is very poor and not varied. The linens are too old. Room service is very poor, i even asked to not clean my room after the second day. To note that the front of the hotel is not the same as the shown picture. I attached the real picture. It doesn’t worth the price at all.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Great location 3 minutes from Cemberlitas tram station.

No air circulation in the toilet so it was smelling really bad. We were given the top floor but there was no lift till the top floor. I was told by the hotel that they will give another room but they didn't. I even reminded them but still they didn't. There was no electric kettle in the room even though it was mentioned in the description. When I asked about it they didn't pay any attention to it.

This was our second visit to this hotel. I really liked it the first time. The staff was amazing, it was clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. So I booked a second time, but I was disappointed. I warned them, like on my previous visit, that they accepted me the first time I checked in in the morning hours, but not this time :) They demanded an additional 50 euros for 2 hours, when I had paid up to 100 euros for 2 nights :D It was not clean and I didn't like the staff. The breakfast was also average.

Location is close to tram and restaurants. Cleaning was done when requested. Family room is on the fifth floor which the elevator does not reach. You have to get off at the fourth floor and take the stairs to the fifth.

Good hotel placement, very friendly and helpful receptionists (shout-out to Burak & Ahmed), house keeping was on point as well. Would definitely rebook if I ever came back to Istanbul
