Location, value The room was way too hot! We had to keep the windows open and then the cats kept us awake. We could adjust the heat but there wasn’t any way to cool with AC.

Staff is very helpful at the desk and coceirge. Breakfast staff doesn't understand English. Room sizes are a bit small. Thankfully they had a bigger room available so we switched to a deluxe room. Breakfast doesn't have cut fruit.

The breakfast area had a fantastic view of the city. It was a good breakfast with multiple choices and drinks. The location was great. Room was a little small and the TV didn't have any good stations.

The staffs are very kind and helpful. The view in the dinning hall is fabulous. The location is perfect. The facilities are old. Breakfast are not with many choices.

Location and Value , extremely friendly staff Mohammed, Islam and gentleman in front desk with beard. , breakfast staff. Great breakfast with sea view. Because we stayed for 6 days the breakfast was getting monotonous, however at the last day I noticed changes to menu.

Location and most of the facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and varied breakfast (included) The shower floor was extremely slippery. I took a bad fall as a result. The 5volt outlets for chargers didn't work. The TV remote control was iffy.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great I had a basement room which I knew about when I booked. It was the only room left and as my friends were staying here I booked it reluctantly. I would not choose a basement room if I had a choice.

The hotel has an excellent location, a five-minute walk fom the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also close to the Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and Gülhane park. Many shops and restaurants can be found in the area. The tram stop is also a few minutes walk, which gives access to many other destinations. The breakfast was delicious. During breakfast we had an excellent view of the sea and a nearby mosque. We recommend the airport transfer service provided by the hotel, which facilitated the access to the city. None
