Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially hotel manager mr.Roma making the experience even more enjoyable. Great location and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. N/A

Location was excellent. Staff, especially Murad, were very helpful in helping us get bags to our room and to the car when we left. They also always greeted us and asked if we needed anything when we saw them. Cleaning service was so nice and left rose petals and swan towels on our bed one day without asking! Cleanliness was very good. Overall great people and great hotel. Would definitely return here and recommend to others! The AC in the room could have been better. Hard to regulate temperatures in the room once someone had used the shower. Got really hot in the room after a shower and had to open a window.

After the scam we experienced with Istanbul Hotel, this hotel blew us away. An honest recommendation for everyone.

The only thing missing is breakfast service. But even that isn’t an issue, since there are lots of places to eat in the area, including bars, cafés, and restaurants. The Wi-Fi connection on our floor was generally good, but at times it was very slow or didn’t work at all.

The stuff was very helpful and even though they don’t have breakfast and not a kettle with coffee/tea in the room, in the reception they do offer it for free at anytime. The location was good as it’s 10min walking from Blue Mosque… but it’s located exactly almost the corner of a hilltop… so, don’t think on wearing high heels or walking around your suitcase up/down hill to the tram…

We were two friends and requested a room with two beds, but one bed was quite large while the other was a single, so two beds of the same size would have been preferred.

All good ... infact a great hotel with clean rooms... and very near to Blue mosque, Topkapi palace etc. (walkable distance) i would have rated 10 ..but gave 9...just because they dont provide drinking water in the room. You have to go to reception area for water and by the way for people who book economy double room the room Heater is under the dressing table (hidden) ..even some of the staff is not aware of it.

The price and the bed was comfortable. Not too clean. It should be better in my opinion. Also next visit i would prefer a hotel that is up close to grand bazaar, beceause you have to walk a lot of stairs.
