Breakfast was pretty good. no complain about that. The location was also good. Walking distance to main attractions and close to airport buses. We stayed there for 5 nights. I think we were at room number 202. After you enter the building it is the first door on left. 1- The room service was bad. They did not replace anything that was finished including water, tea bags and shampoo. You always need to go to front desk and ask for them. 2- The bed was making a lot of loud noise regardless of if you only move by a centimetre or ... 3- If someone walks in the room upstairs, you definitely can hear it. Maybe it was due to fact that the guests in the room upstairs were really loud and inconsiderate, or maybe the ceiling is too thin.

A traditional Turkish breakfast was provided which was delicious and healthy. During cold weather seating is inside and there is a nice seating area outside in a garden setting for warmer times. The location is good with many restaurants nearby and is a 15 minute walk to important sites such as the bazaar and the famous mosques. Delightful and charming staff.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The room was just like the pictures. The hotel is in a walkable distance to the main atractions of the city.

It’s an old mansion-style building with spacious rooms and high ceilings, which is rare for Istanbul. The breakfast is excellent — Ms. Yagmur prepares a wonderful morning meal. We had an issue with our room, and the hotel owner, Mr. Gürkan, immediately helped us. I would like to thank him especially for his assistance. They helped us as if we were part of their own family — thank you very much. Nothing

Everything was great. Would choose again.

The most important factor for our high rating was the owner and other workers that were very helpful, so we had an amazing stay. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was delicious. All the facilities mentioned in the description were actually present in the room which is not always the case from my experience. The morning prayer in the mosque right next to the hotel woke us up every day. The shower cabin had a bit of mold in the corners. Wifi had some problems but the owner fixed it right away when we informed him.

This boutique hotel is beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the location is both quiet and perfectly situated within walking distance of all of Istanbul’s major attractions. Just steps away, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants and food options on nearby streets. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight—freshly prepared, with plenty of choices and generous portions. Overall, it was a truly amazing stay and offered outstanding value for money. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing

Everything was good except I had to carry my luggage 4 floors up and down without elevator. Not having elevator

Friendly service, easy check in, great breakfast, clean / modern / bright rooms. Walking distance to all Main attractions. Attention to all details. kudos to the lady on the breakfast that let us have it before time so we could go to the airport with no stress

Friendly owners and staff, clean, awesome breakfast, great location (in a quiet neighborhood with some good dining choices and still only a short walk to the main historical locations of Istanbul).

Strategic location, very friendly & helpful host, comfort room, nice breakfast.

Mr. Burhan, manager/owner is an excellant and professional person. He is honest with his work.

The location was excellent—most major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas were within walking distance. Although it’s in a busy part of Istanbul (as expected), the area still felt manageable. Just a note: pedestrians should stay alert, as motorists can drive quite carelessly. The room was very spacious, which was perfect for our family, and the hotel itself was pleasantly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the main staff member on duty during the daytime—he did a great job resolving any issues promptly. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all during our stay, which made things quite uncomfortable. The breakfast window was quite short—only from 8:00am to 10:00am—and if you're still eating after 10:00am, even tea isn't offered. The night staff came across as a bit rude, unfortunately. There were no extra pillows available in the room, and when we requested some, we were given one or two without pillow covers. The breakfast itself was a basic traditional Turkish spread with no meat options, and the portions were quite small—we found ourselves needing to ask for refills regularly.

The toilet was smelling, and the bed was really poor, making so much freeky noise not godd for sleeping. Dust everywhere. It was superior quadruple room.

Exceptional

This is an old mansion, traditional and quiet, I appreciated that it was built from wood, very warm in winter. The breakfast is great and also very traditional. I was full for the whole day after eating it. The owner of the hotel is extremely kind and personable, and all the staff are nice people. The mansion is close to the metro - maybe 5 minutes and you do not need to go up the hill. The tram is a bit further, up the hill, and close to the Grand Bazar. It is not a five start hotel - but if you are looking for a quiet, authentic, turkish experience, this is perfect. Would love to come back. Best impressions from the place.

The location and breakfast and kind staff. Bad internet connection. Except for the manager, no one speaks English to help around. If your just saying at night and gong on trips everyday, then this place is good for you
