The hotel first time I visited 2021 an I liked so much that I decided to book it again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice but not on same level as before. The location is great. The breakfast is perfect. Simply but very tasty. Everything was fine.

The reception staff were great. I had taxi problems on leaving and they sorted everything for me quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Very good buffet breakfast Room cleaned every day. Very clean. Could hear the lift through the wall as my room was next to the lift

The hotel has very responsive and friendly staff. The hotel offers a decent breakfast. It could be more veggies, other than that it was good. The hotel is in a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. Three big shopping malls are within a short walking distance as well. I liked everything.

The staff is very friendly, and they allowed me to check in early, despite I arrived quite early. The location is good, and near several shopping malls. The breakfast is also good. There some places to eat nearby. The room could have been cleaner, and there was a smell of dampness in the room, may be due to humidity.

Hotel situated in a very poor Istanbul area, problems with security, difficult to drive to the place. I was travelling with my daughter and when came to the hotel was shocked with a hotel quality. Room was very untidy. There were ants in all rooms. Water in the bottle was awful quality. All the furniture was spoiled, even though we stayed in the best room category. Plus room was on the top floor, lift is not going there and we have to lift our luggage ourselves. Man at reception even didn't try to help us. I didn't stay in the hotel, left immediately and booked night in the Istanbul airport instead, but of course money was not returned, though reception has promised to do so. In all my travel experience it was the most terrible experience. Book something else.
