Spotless clean hotel.the rooms where immaculate clean.great shower bed very comfy.it was ideal for a little buissness trip perfect location.however the food could do with a shake up wasn't great that said would definitely be back The food

OK. Food was OK but menu was very limited They offered to move us to a bigger but then wanted the full room price of 130 euros. I would have been happy to pay for the upgrade but not the full room price effectively paying three nights for a two night stay. That was disappointing

Very kind and friendly team on the reception, making it feel like home. Overall, very well managed hotel, everything is working properly, clean and convenient. 50m from Kanyon, probably best shopping Center in Istanbul. all good!

I came to the hotel a while ago and had several problems, firstly our bags weren't loaded and it was raining, the staff just ignored us When I told the employee that I wanted a room on the sea, he gave me a bad room, the bathroom had a bad smell, and there was no hot water in it. I told him that there was a smell and that I wanted to change the room, and he refused. I asked him for my previous room, and he refused, and he did not fix the bathroom until the next day.

It’s close to major shopping malls. It is located in a nice area. It has small rooms.

clean and neat amazing staff attitude next to the malls and metro they have deducted the first night under APEX WORLD name before 48 hours not the hotel name I didn’t know it was the hotel I thought it was scam I stopped my card and that ruined my mood and it was waste of time and energy

The people who work there, make the place and the stay - that is a good and stylish place by the way - so personal and welcoming. Especially the super friendly ladies at the reception. They tried everything to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay there again, just please not in the economy twin, is it really very small and one door connects that room with the neighbors. :) Nothing
