Nice reception people. Very helpful with everything. My room 104 had only two blackout curtains, the lights from hotel opposite created a lot of light in my room.

I DID NOT PARTAKE OF THE BREAKFAST BUT IT LOOKED WONDERFUL. THE ONLY SUGGESTION IS PROVIDING EXTRA BLANKETS FOR THE ROOMS.

Levent is a lively neighbourhood. Room layout was smart. For 2 children, the bunk bed was excellent idea. Room was smartly designed with adequate storage. Hot water and shower was as good as anywhere. Towels/toiletries all as expected. Breakfast didn't have a massive variety, but absolutely worked for me. What I generally like for breakfast, was all there (eggs, cheese, breads, salad varieties, Turkish tea and banana cake) Best part: If you're driving, they've got a parking lot next to hotel where you can park for free! Levent traffic can be a nuisance in rush hours. But that's not really Levent Hotels fault !

The location in Levent was perfect for me. Some meeting ms were within walking distance and the Metro is close for traffic free travel to more distant destinations. Being very close to Kanyon Mall was another bonus. Breakfast was well, staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. This was my first visit and definitely not the last. No complaints.

Everything was comfy enough, location is 10 min walk max to levent metro station and quiter compared to other streets. Autopark existed, maybe only for 4 cars approximately but I'm sure they would find a solution if needed more. Reseption employees were really helpful and nice. With a bud beşiktaş is easy to reach. I would again stay therr happly. Breakfast is more then enough with eggs included. Our room was extremely big luckily. Finally, the building seems stronger in case of an earthquake. The reseptionist explained the hotel owner constracting the building so he found it more trustworthy as well. Not much

I had a very disappointing stay. I originally booked a room with a balcony, but was given one without. When I requested a room change, the staff member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. The room I was given had serious issues: it was very hot, the window couldn't be opened due to a bad smell outside and constant noise from air conditioning units right beside it. To make things worse, the A/C in the room was broken, so there was no way to cool the space. Despite multiple requests, no action was taken until the very last night of my stay — far too late to make a difference. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or well taken care of during my stay.

Location is fine. Staff, cleaning and the loud noise during the reconstruction. Receptionist Kemal is completely a wrong person on this position. He should not work in the front office of the hotel, it is ridiculous! He was very rough and tactless during conversation with me, he was even yelling! Bellboy Ferhat tried to calm him down. Hotel management can check the video surveillance footage from April 17th evening. I stayed for 6 nights but the sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase of my bed have never been changed during my stay. Shower gel in the bathroom was empty from the 2nd day of my stay and was never filled again. If the hotel restaurant does not provide with a soup in certain days, better not to keep an empty soup pot on the table. Lemon was mostly missing during breakfasts. During day times there was very noisy reconstruction works without a prior notice to the hotel guests. Even during the weekend.
