Not really anything!!!

Our room was below the restaurant... there was some noise, but nothing crazy or unpleasant

The hotel is situated in the Sultanahmet area, within walking distance of all major attractions. The view from the restaurant terrace was stunning. Our rooms were nicely sized and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The owner takes good care of the property. If we ever return to Istanbul, this hotel will be our top choice. All personnel were friendly and helpful. All was good.

The location was the best The staff was rude, especially the people in the buffet breakfast. We were there for 4 days and the very first day we tried to ask for milk and and fruits because it was not available anymore in the buffet area. The staff said that it was not more something that we understand, but the part that we really hated is when a different table asked after us (people that spoke the same language as them) and they said yes and they brought the food from the kitchen and we had the same situation everyday.

Staff were extremely friendly from reception to housekeeping to breakfast staff including chef

Super friendly staff from reception to waiters to cleaning staff. Excellent and safe location As soon as we stepped into the room, we noticed that the bathroom had a terrible odor smelled worse than public toilet. We rushed to join a tour so we did not alert the staff. When we returned in evening, the odor was gone. On the following day, after we returned to room in the afternoon, the terrible odor was back there again. As we were leaving the next morning we did not complain. Also, we could hear the next door guests talking, seemed like through the ceiling in bathroom rather than the wall.

I had a lovely day here very well located on the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Omer. Because it’s so central of course is a little bit of noise but otherwise it was great and I really enjoyed the breakfast and would recommend. a little bit of noise and a little bit of Light through the curtains, so room not totally dark at night.

Nice and elegant hotel, the whole staff was welcoming from day one, Emre at the reception is a star! They gave us all the information and a map to move around the city with no problem. The position is just perfect in the middle among all the most important places to visit. The breakfast in the terrace is very well organised and rich, the view from there is just a magic plus. I would highly recommend this hotel! Nothing to mention really. The rooms were maintained well, clean and spacious.

Very good

The staff was quite sweet, the hotel is also very central and close to main attractions in Sultanahmet. Unfortunately the room was dusty in some corners and my room was near the street so I could hear cars and trucks all night

1. The proximity of the hotel to the places of interest. 2. The Staff were very friendly and approachable. 3. The manager, Aslan, made sure that our airport transfer & accommodation were arranged as per request. He also shared with us the place to dine and how travel within Istanbul. 4. The sunrise view from the roof terrace during breakfast was magnificent.

Arden City Hotel is more like a boutique hotel. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque… and Turkish bath historic place. You can walk another 10-15 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar and ferries port. The staff is very friendly, supportive and always attentive. The breakfast is in the terrace, with an excellent view the of the mosques, Bosphorus and the city in general… you can eat here everyday, breakfast are super! Usually I prefer more space to organize, then is possible to offer better wardrobes … and bigger TV, but this is very subjective.
