It's nearer to all facilities around...the cleaning lady did our bedroom very well...the bed was comfortable. But there was a strange noise of hammering all night till late in the morning around 3 am it was scary I didn't like the welcome that we got... Upon check-in I came to the guy and say hello we have booking he asked what's the problem inside there's no problem we are checking in...then he said it's his last work day etc...?...There was only 2 friendly staff the others not friendly at all not welcoming.

Beds were comfortable, the room was spacious. Breakfast was abit basic but good. I was on the top floor and the hot water would play up sometimes. Internet wasnt the best. Lift only goes up to level 5 so you have to walk up stairs if youre on the top level. I didnt like the location, would find it hard to catch a taxi sometimes. Alot of traffic around this area too

Good location. The breakfast was very poor.We asked if we can stay couple hours more,of course,we will pay extra,but they refused because they were fully booked,but it was almost empty.There are a lot of hotels in this area and I think they should change their attitude if they want to keep their customers.We went 8 times to Istanbul in last 4 months and this was the worst hotel,that we ever had.

No daily housekeeping as said in booking, even when they clean they didnt wash dishes, clean stove top, bathroom and change bed sheets.
