The AC was not on but it was hot on somedays.

It was a great location for my business trip, near to my supplier so I could walk it. The room was unbearably hot so I had to keep the window open. Beware that there is a small mosque right deside the hotel so the call to prayer at 6am was a bit of a shock! The aircon did not work, the water pressure was not great - very weak shower, the water did not drain away properly so there was a pool of water in the shower tray. The hotel asks that you do not flush toilet paper down the toilet but put it in the "special" bin (i.e. the bin - nothing special about it). The room was clean but the paint was peeling from all the furniture and everything just seemed old and tired, like it had not been updated in decades.The breakfast was not the greatest - limited choice |(croissants had run out at 8am) and was comparatively expensive. My room key wouldn't work and I had to go to reception 3 times. The reception staff were very nice and helpful but the service man who came to fix the room entry was rather rude and unhelpful.

It's old (needsa renovation), sometimes too dark (not every bulb are working), tired furniture (really overused), no minibar, no hairdry, no bathrobe, so it's not a 4 star; but pool was clean, hamam and sauna are normal, gym equipment is old stile, but overall you can fill that trainer who's working there - he is doing his best, no complaints to him; wifi it's so awfully bad - we have never seen worst; area around - not a touristic, but we founded a lovely places around, nice cafe's and local food, many good pastries; housekeeping not bad, but it's depends to a cleaner woman, 3 days was ok, one day bad; breakfasts was very common, nothing special, but if you a realist - do not expect a lot. My rate is 5/10, for several days ok, and you will have a pool and spa. Wifi - I prefer to call it Wi, because Fi was always out))

very nice location and easy to find. Havaist bus stop from airport close to hotel They need more staff at reception. Internet connection is very poor.

People was so warm and friendly room was quiet clean

The rooms and bathroom were very large, there was 24/7 room service, the staff were nice, I would go back there again There were homeless dogs close by and I don’t know why the city would not care for them. It was really sad
