The staff were very helpful. We arrived an hour before check-in, and the weather was stormy and rainy. The employee Saleh performed his duties with great kindness and also helped us change rooms.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The hospitality was amazing — everyone was super helpful, friendly, and very flexible. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim and the metro. Special thanks to Mr. Salih and Mr. Erdoğan for making our stay so special and convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Location is perfect for an Istanbul trip. Staff is nice and ready. Hotel is comfortable and clean. It is in the hearth of nightlife in Istanbul, so you should expect some outside noise but it is not that much a problem.

The location is the main feature of this hotel plus to the quick and nice service. The breakfast options were limited if compared with other Turkish Hotels in the same price range/star rank. If you will pay by credit/debit card, they will charge you in Turkish Lira but with the hotel’s exchange rate from Euro to Lira which is higher than the bank rate. So, better to bring Euros in cash and pay. I had been charged TL 15,000 for Euro 315.84 which correspond to 47.49. However, the Visa rate was 46.62.
