Cleanliness was poor—the room was dirty and the floors were dusty. There was also cigarette smoke coming from the room next to ours. It was noisy around the clock, making it difficult for us to rest.

It didn't have a working shower Everything was extremply dirty and old. Water infiltartions on most of the ceiling and wall. Windows are not closing well so you have some wind and noise in the room. They removed the hairdryer from the bathroom wall. The rooms are INCREDIBLY SMALL.

Under the hotel there are restaurants and they have songs loudly everynight, we have been in the first floor it was very loudly, the bed sheet were not very clean, the rooms is not very comfortable the furniture not very comfortable also we had only one nightstand so in my side I had’nt and couldn’t put my phone and other stuff also from my side couldn’t connect the phone to electricity, the chair in the bathroom falls all the time, I have to say that immediately after asking the manager he tried to fix it .

Great hotel centrally located at Taksim Square. I specifically liked this location because it was in between all the attractions, so instead of taking a taxi for 1+hour, everything was 15-20 min taxi ride. Restaurants, food stands, hair saloons and market stores right as you walk outside of the building. This area never sleeps but the room is quiet, however I did enjoy opening the windows and seeing the lively scene. The elevator broke a couple of times had to take the stairs but that was not a problem because I enjoyed the exercise.

Staff was disrespectful especially the lady. Pillow provided without cover. Doty room and poor less cleaning housekeeping’s. We ordered a shuttle back to the airport with 55euro for 3 people and 6 luggage. We suppose to have a Mercedes van but they provided a smaller car where we put our luggage over our knees !!!

Close proximity to centre A little noisy in the night due to hotel opposite having live music and singing and dancing but in a way it adds to the charm of that lane But overall it was a good experience

the location, it’s right in the center of Taksim, just a few steps from Istiklal Street, shops, and restaurants. The atmosphere around the hotel is lively and safe, especially at night, which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and had everything we needed, it’s a great option if you want to stay in a central area on a budget. It can get a bit noisy at night since it’s right in the center of Taksim, but that’s expected for such a lively area. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed, so it wasn’t really a problem.
