The location of the hostel is good, but the room is not quiet and it's difficult to rest after the trip. Warm water in the shower finishes all the time and you need to wait about 5-10 minutes to wash off the soap from your body. Generally, the hostel is not bad for this money but they need to improve a few things as I mentioned before.

No clean facilities, people smoke inside the rooms and it stinks. Electric cables are hanging from the wholes and the toilets smell. Awful experience

The location is good, there are so many places to eat for a cheap price and a square that you can walk to get a fresh air. So many things were not according to the pictures shown on the website. Bathroom was not clean, toilets were uncomfortable. The staff was very rude. I asked for a towel, they said we are only providing it to customers who stay only for a day, not to everyone, although it was shown to be available in the Booking website. What a ridiculous rule that I have encountered for the first time.

The location is good but staff very bad, I think labour's for cleaning is good but behavior of some visitors not good, the room very narrow there is no refregator, air-condition, they but me in room out of my agreement,, the elevator only for 4 floors, I was go down two levels by my leg and loading my big bag. The staff was the best, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. All the facilities were okay. The bed was small, short, and uncomfortable. Also the price should have been lowered more than that, I guess it's still a little expensive.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was a bit close to the centre. Honestly the value is a little expensive but all guests and neighbours are friendly and respectful. I enjoyed my stay and I hope my friends in Gokce Pansiyon will give me a reasonable discount the next time I visit them, also some of the staff need to speak English with those who don't understand Turkish at all and also to smile a little bit. Let's hope for the best my friends! See you again and thanks.

All Is new. I believe they have done some work to make it better. They are still working on it. The ladies clean everyday and are nice. It is a labyrinth. Difficult to find the elevator (it was broken for 4 days and I was on the floor n 8. They said there was a problem (?) with my reservation and Zi had to pay for an extra day, but Zi showed them, 3 days later, that I had already booked and paid. Later on, they gave me my money back. The hallways and the stairway are sometimes dark. I advise to take a single room. Between the upper bed and the lower bed there was too little space. One cannot sit.
