Nice price for apartment. Apartment was comfortable and quite big, I liked it. Little kitchen is a plus. Breakfast was good too. Far away from the center of town. We had to wait buses for a long time.

24-hour front desk makes this a convenient hotel to use if you have super early or late flights from IST airport. Plenty of space for a family of 5 and the beds were super comfortable! Also located next to a Metro subway which makes travel very convenient. The shower did not work properly - intermittent hot water that would suddenly turn ice cold. The toilet was also problematic - would not flush half the time but then suddenly would work. The water system in the hotel needs fixing basically.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT MY STAY THERE. THE HOTEL WAS VERY DIRTY THEY DID CLEAN MY ROOM OR CHANGE MU BEDDING FOR MY 5 NIGHTS THERE.

I tried to change the date two days before arrival but unfortunately I received rejection even for two months time, which is very bad communicate. I hope in future you have a good responsibility for the guests.

I stayed at Park Caglayan Hotel for 7 days and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and always eager to assist, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. I appreciate their effort to help in every possible way. I’m looking forward to visiting again, this time with my family. Pros: 1. Convenient location with bus and metro stations nearby. 2. Plenty of shops around the hotel. 3. Clean and well-maintained rooms. 4. Responsive staff, always ready to assist. 5. Excellent breakfast. Cons: 1. Initially faced minor communication gaps due to language barriers, but the staff managed to overcome them effectively. The apartment was clean and all what u need u have it inside specially if u have a baby u need to cook for him, area good everything around u and nice people,the staff were nice and helpful The parking its just on the street its not belong to the hotel which its hard sometimes to find a place and the breakfast its just a small buffet and doesn't have much choices.

The apartment was really nice and cozy. There was a problem with the TV (if you don’t watch Turkish television it’s not a problem). YouTube was working. There is parking area. I didn’t like the breakfast much because there was no diversity.

Charming hotel room in Istanbul, with everything we need especially travelling with family (elderly and kids). The breakfast is simple yet delightful, and we enjoyed our Turkish selection :) Location-wise, about 30 mins to Sultanahmet, and 30 mins also to IST airport. No problem with the hotel. Parking space is limited in this busy neighbourhood. We brought a big minivan for six people and luggage. And part of the road is also narrow and very steep, like a roller-coaster ride. Pheww!
