Every thing, special view in front of bousfur , near to Taksim , near to bus and metro station Honestly it’s was so good I would like to thank the staff one by one ❤️❤️ I can’t complain honestly ❤️

The most hospitable hotel, staff are very welcoming and helpful, specially Husain and Isa who helped me during my 3 nights stay . Swimming pool is small but does the job , breakfast was very tasty. Nothing .

Water power in the shower. Breakfast was nice. Location was awesome. Strong wifi. Pool was smaller than expected. AC was horrible, we asked to be moved to another room, it was still awful, we ended up opening windows. Limited electric adapter in the triple room.

The location was good and the hotel was acceptable and clean. The staff had a very unprofessional approach, they pressured me over and over to use their airport transit service. When I asked for an iron they asked to charge me extra. The swimming pool was only accessible from 14 to 21 and it wasn't always open on time so I had to go to the reception and ask them in person.

The location and the views It was like a sauna. No air conditioning. They suggested opening windows but as it’s near a busy road the sound when you open the windows is very loud.

The location is fantastic, and it has wonderful views. Unfortunately there were huge roadworks outside which were really noisy and dusty - not th ehotels fault of course! The bedrooms are a little tired in decor, but they clean them daily and clean them well. They could do with a refresh, but the price was really good so we were happy. The breakfast wasn't all that great but was fine. ALL the staff were lovely. The breakfast could be better, some fresh fruit would be nice and some more choices but it was fine. The coffee at breakfast wasn't good - the only good coffee is from a paid Costa machine in the lobby.

The location The breakfast The air condition The cleanness The condition of the room I had to ask every day for toilet paper because they don't fill up with toilet and bath stuff unless you ask. Hair dryer broken No bathrobe unless you ask ( it is in the description) Not even once during my 5 days stay, they cleaned the table in the room.
