Location Its a bit dull

Breakfast was great..... out-standard and the location is good closed to metro... walk distance to different restaurants, to Galata Tower and to different other places.... Room comfort

The breakfast is a little poor and with few choices/alternatives, especially for people with food allergies. For a 4-star hotel, there should be some more options, while everyday we've found the same food.

The property was clean and well maintained The room was noisy and because of the propoerty located on the main street, you could hear the traffic noise at all times and might not be able to sleep. The staff was not very kind and was reluctant to help when there was a need. They refused me to give water once and above all, refused to help me with the luggage from the conceirge at the time of check-out. This was my first time carrying the luggage to the vehicle myself from a hotel. Breakfast was also below average, after going to the buffet on 2 mornings, we decided not to go for it for the rest of the 2 days.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The location was perfect — close to shops, and public transport. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and overall, it was a relaxing stay. It would’ve been nice if there were more restaurant options.

Great location, very close to Galata Tower and Istiklal st. Lots of restaurants around, it's right next to the metro line so easy access to anywhere you want if you choose to use the metro. Very easy to get taxi's as well (always ask for a meter taxi!) . The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. You get great views of the city from the top floor of the hotel and the Lylium spa at the hotel is fabulous! We had a wonderful Hamam experience there. The breakfast was ok, since we were there for 4 days, we got a bit tired of it as it was always the same with very little variation. At check- in we found the receptionist to be impatient and unfriendly, but that was our experience with most customer service personnel in Turkey so maybe it's just normal.

Location is right next to Sishane metro station and Galata tower. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable. Hotel is very clean throughout.

Repetitive breakfast, not generous in refilling drinking water. In a very warm day in August, the power went out in the vicinity for long hours(almost 5 to 6 hours)... The problem was that the hotel's generator didn't work and We were trapped in a hellish room! Lift also didn't work...I expected the hotel to have adequate equipment in such a situation.
