One of the best hotel in Istanbul

Location was good. Property was having electrical issues on 3rd floor in multiple rooms, toilets were dirty and broken, rooms were bit small. We were moved to different rooms multiple times and we kept experiencing badging/access and air conditioning issues. It was waste of money. Only one staff member was polite. Two other staff members one younger and one with grey hair were not friendly. Property had no remorse that they had so many issues at the hotel that required maintenance. It was not worth spending money at this hotel.

Staff was very friendly Small rooms, need renovations. Maybe clean, but because they are old, they don’t look it. No chairs in the room, good only to sleep. Good breakfast.

Superb

breakfast not to good , it needs to be more variety of choices! No simite, no pie,no fried eggs,ect. which are the main thing for breakfast in Turkey... The room was okey but we did not have any view, just the impurities in the backyard... Except the staff was very nice.. The parking was free in front of the hotel and the location is perfect. Breakfast was in the -1 Floor and it felt a little too closed in the basement with no natural lighting and the environment of the breakfast room was not so clean !

Exceptional

Really good service and hospitality. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, just next to the metro and near de Galata Tower and Istikal street. Also bageries and small market just next to the hotel. The toilet was a little bit small and sometimes it smelled sewage. Also the walls were very thin and you could hear the neighbours. This was not a big problem tho.

I would rate this a Three star Hotel based on the facilities . Breakfast was very basic and at a three star level

I really liked the location, it’s right next to Galata Tower in a beautiful and cozy area. The view from the hotel was amazing, you can see the water and the sunsets from this side are just gorgeous. The staff were very kind and caring, especially Kadri and Zafer — they made me feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

I want to share my experience staying at The Bianco hotel Pera. This was my first trip to Istanbul, and I spent about a week checking out different hotels. I had three options, and at first, I was going to book another hotel. But at the last minute, I changed my mind and went with De Bianco Pera—and honestly, I couldn’t have made a better choice! ? The Location is Just Perfect The hotel is in the Galata Tower area, and it’s only a 4-minute walk to the tower itself. I think this is one of the best areas to stay in—there are so many nice cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops around. And if you want to explore more, Istiklal Street is just 7 minutes away on foot, which is super convenient. Another thing I really liked is that there’s a bus stop literally 100 meters from the hotel. If you don’t want to take a taxi, you can just hop on a bus and easily get to places like the Grand Bazaar or Dolmabahçe Palace. I took the bus a couple of times, and honestly, the travel time was about the same as a taxi. ?Super Friendly and Helpful Staff One of the things that stood out to me the most was how nice and welcoming the staff were. They were always there to help, super friendly, and just made the whole stay feel warm and comfortable. I really appreciated their attention to detail—it’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely cared for as a guest. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast. No matter what your food preferences are, there’s something for everyone. But what stood out the most was how well they take care of you—you definitely won’t leave the table hungry! The staff makes sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. It’s the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. ?Rooms That Look Even Better in Person When I was booking the hotel, I looked at the photos, but honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect in real life. Well, turns out, the rooms are even nicer than they look online!
