Good location, good price, nice rooftop terrace with great views. Power in my room went out in the morning, I suspect because of the power-room card check thing that malfunctioned somehow. Power would go back on after i took my room card out and back in.

Great location if you want to be by the metro. Staff was very nice and helpful. An older hotel but quite nice. Comfortable beds. Rooms were a bit small and you could hear a bit of street noise from cars and pedestrians going to the metro.

The room had practically no soundproofing, and we were woken up by people in the lobby several times. Of course we were also uncomfortable knowing they could hear everything in our room.

Kind and helpful people at the hotel. We booked in EUR but were asked to pay in liras at the hotel at a higher exchange rate than what was going on. Extremely dirty rooms and also towels were dirty with lipstick stains and something yellow and brown, so if hygiene is important, choose something else.

Location of this hotel is good - very close to metro station and to all attractions in Galata. Ground floor room assigned had window in the level of the street so you could not open window (no ventilation at all) and you could not open curtains as you feel like in shopping window. In addition room was next to reception so you could hear all day and night people checking in and out. Extremely uncomfortable. Manager was trying to convince me that i actually on purpose booked this room. Look at photos and beware of room on ground floor.

Location, location, location. Next to the metro and Galata Tower, less than 5 minute walk. This is a joke for short stays if you need to be centrally located. It has the basic amenities but the room was small.

Amazing quiet Hotel with a great location right beside the Mitro and 5 mins to the bus station and also 5 mins to Istiklal street, staff are friendly and professional!

The first 2 nights I stayed in a room on the ground floor that was not completely finished and you could hear all the noise from outside.

The room was neat and clean. A special mention to the reception staff, Murad, who was very friendly and gave us excellent guidance on the routes since we are new to the city. Special thanks to Murad for his help and warm hospitality!

Location, near the subway bath had mold all over, towels felt like sandpaper and had to buy my own.

The hotel is very clean and in a perfect location — right across from the M2 metro, a short walk to the T2 tram, and close to Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. It’s also near the Haliç Congress Center with a bus stop just 2 minutes away. The staff were super friendly and even gave me a room with a beautiful sea view, although I booked one without a view. Highly recommend! The bathroom is small, but for the price, it’s totally fine.
