No space for parking or even board taxi

Beautiful traditional arrangements and decor. Wonderful location and great staff! Bathroom in the room is separated from room space just with glass wall and doors, which didn’t closed properly and the smell would come out.

Excellent location When entering the room you get a big smell of the septic or lack of proper infrastructure ? Had to open the window to ventilate

This hotel is amazing!!!!! I never wanted to leave. The room was a piece of art. The bath was gorgeous, the breakfast was great, personnel is very kind and attentive. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view is breathtaking. It's at a walking distance from many restaurants and there is a Big Chefs restaurant very closed (three minutes walking) with amazing food at a reasonable price. The public parking lot is across the street from the hotel which is very close and comfortable if you rented a vehicle. Nothing to complaint about.

The staff is the best! Always with a smile, helping us with transport, making reservations, even checking if we were ready before leaving for the airport. Super friendly! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the location was really convenient. The area is busy, so expect noise until well into the night, cars honking, people, etc. The windows do not block a lot of it. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way which is not ideal. The breakfast was not very good.

Location was great! Amazing view from the room. Super clean and staff was nice and always willing to help! Breakfast was good and view from the breakfast area was even better!

For the price the building was not up to the required standard

The location is very convenient to reach places since it is close to tram stop metro stop. We can use tram to go places with easy access. Love it. The view from our room is very good, face to the strait, the breakfast area is very lovely. The front desk officers are friendly and very informative when we asked direction. Thank you. The one that we do not expect is that the noise from the street. Since the location is on the busy street, the honking will last till pass midnight. I hope that the hotel will consider placing soundproof window that help to filter the noise. The size of the shower room is rather small although it is ok.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was cousy and with a wonderful style. They clean the rooms everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times and the location is perfect. It is next to all the wonders in Istambul, but also located in a great neighborhood with local life so we also experience a more authentic Istambul. The breakfast is excellent, a true kahvalti and the views from the rooftop are spectacular. The bathroom is inside the room separated with glass walls. The street is noisy, but all Istambul is like that.

Perfect location next to Galata and main shopping street. Next to metro for convenience. Really good breakfast spread. Most of all, the customer service was unsurpassed breaking all scales especially Ugur who was professional, courteous and sincere. The location, the style of the hotel is quite unusual. If you want to appear in some very oriental and traditional accommodations, feel like sultan - perfect place to stay The facilities like bathroom were already quite old, need renovations

Beautiful hotel and perfect location for all main sites in Galata and just walking around. I was only there one night but it was a solo romantic one night in a beautiful place. The view at the top for breakfast was the perfect way to start the day.
