The location of this hotel is very good. It has a nice terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. Everything is very compact and well organized. It is not a high-class hotel, but for this price, it is a great choice. For a hotel at this price and in such a location, complaining about every small detail would really be unnecessary.

The view of trash outside of the window on the first floor. Many steps, if you are older or have issues with steps it's not the ideal choice for you.

Room was on the first floor and you can hear all your neighbors. And small things - like the door to the bathroom is not easily closed, one handle in the shower is missing, no place to put the soap in the shower, entering door is stuck while opening...

The hotel was located in a very good location. The staff was very polite. The girl in the kitchen was very nice and attentive, especially to my child ❤️ It's a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet Square, and there are many attractions around. There are no free parking spaces nearby at all.

Staff is polite and attentice, very helpful - both reception and lady serving breakfast. Room was clean upon our arrival. Staff also helped with the airport shuttle. It's not hotel's fault, but needs to be mentioned: the hotel is located right in the restaurants' street, so be ready for some noise from the outside. Street is very lively till late night. But if you are looking for entertainment - it's right for you :)

Location was perfect at the heart of Istanbul. Well run small family hotel. Great view of the Bosphorous from our room window. Good communication for all needs. 3rd floor with steep winding steps.
