Fantastic hotel. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and incredibly tasty. Location is superb, close to basically everything you might need. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended and definitely will visit again in the future!

I have stayed with you many times, at this point there was no mosquito net on the window and that was a huge problem. Also the phone was not working and the reception staff had to go up to the fourth floor to deliver the message. Room 403

Clean, comfortable rooms, although more spca would be appreciated ) The staff is friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, shower is good. I appreciated a lot the room service, each day the room was thouroughly cleaned and furnished with all we needed (like shower supplies, water). The location - is quite far from the city center, the trip to Sultanahmet took 40-45 minoutside rush hour and 1.5 hours in rush hours. The bus stop is a few steps from the hotel, usually we traveled with bus 62 to Kabotash stop, and from there with tram T1. Also, the same meals we had in the center were like ten times cheaper in the hotel's neighbourhood, at the next corner from the hotel there is a baklava shop, were we bought excellent baklava, and one kilo was about 350-400 liras, while in touristic places for the same money you can get only a portion of 3-4 pieces. Also we enjoyed fruit shops around the hotel. Can't say anything bad, the hotel is a very good value for money deal.

Very friendly environment. They try to help you with everything. The shower was clogged and the water was leaking. I've been to this hotel for a while now and this was the first time, I hope it gets fixed. Also, the heating in the room was not on.
