This hotel is in a great location. Cruise port across the street. Tram a block down the street. The staff were very helpful. The room was nice. Large selection for breakfast.

Great location just in front of galataport & the tram station and next to a bus station staff are very nice and helpful The breakfast not so much variety

location good The staff is rude, the management is very poor, the rooms are very, very bad and the equipment is very old and broken. Our room smelled strongly of sewage, but they changed the room after we complained.

Room was very comfortable and location was great. Also Mr Aras and Mr Ahmed were very professional, helpful, polite and friendly. They are the best. Some staff was not helpful

Staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Good location near the waterfront on tram line. Nice breakfast - lots of variety. They happily looked after our bags after checkout. Very noisy AC. Some breakfast items were cold (the fancy food warmers didn't work very well). Threre were a few mosquitoes in our room. No view from our room.

Location from the cruise terminal and places to see Non availability of adaptors for charging electronics. They should inform incoming guests of type and kind of plugs they have and what to bring for adaptors. They should include some American/international selections for breakfast.

The staff that worked at Nydia made our trip so much more fun. Effe helped us out when we needed to move rooms. The bartender at the rooftop was always pleasant and very accommodating. The front desk staff could answer all of our questions.

Also, the hotel served ketchup in a broken ice-cream cone. I ordered the burger and the bun was not fresh. Room service is quick but the burger I ordered was not fresh particularly the bun. I enjoyed the fries. Great location but the staff do not care.
