Hosting is extremely badly Old not look like the 4 star hotel

My room was beautiful, comfortable, clean convenient and reasonably. The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff is super nice and helpful. And the owner was kind, responsive, and had a good sense of humor. I stayed for a night and I enjoyed my experience.

The location is nice and it was very quite at night. The space is not big but very nicely done and clean.

Very nice, clean and comfortable accomodation in the Istanbul tourist hotspot, but on very quiet and calm side street. Great value for money.

Best location I could think of in Istanbul

The location is magnificent. Right next to a shopping spree street, but in a quiet corner, very close to the Bosphorus and all the major attractions of Istanbul. You can get anywhere by foot, but there is also a metro station 200m away, so it’s easily reached from the airport. The hotel is also in the immediate vicinity of a mosque, so you can experience Istanbul like a local. The room is very clean. They clean it every day and there is always a lovely smell after cleaning. The hotel has a cozy rooftop where you can get tea and coffee for free any time of the day. The owner is really friendly, helpful and nice to have a chat with. He speaks good English and is always available. Whenever we had a question, we could count on him to get an answer. We liked everything.

They gave me a different room than the one I booked. On the first night, I was put in a smaller room, and only afterwards did they move me to another room, which still wasn’t the one I had originally booked. However, everything else was good.

Location is perfect, quiet roof terrace, nice host.

However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the hotel owner. Upon checkout, I was delayed by 1 hour and 20 minutes due to extremely heavy traffic in Istanbul—something completely out of my control. Later, I received a voice message from the owner asking me to pay an additional 500 TL, claiming that a new guest had arrived for my room and they had to offer them lunch while waiting, and I should cover that cost! Frankly, this behavior was unprofessional and unexpected. The delay was minor and not intentional, and there was no prior mention of such a penalty or policy. This left a very negative impression despite an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope the management reconsiders how they handle such situations in the future.

Exceptional

Charming little hotel, located in a cosy narrow street (but our taxi was able to reach it) in Beyoglu. We love walking, and it was close enough to Sultanahmet to walk to the Haga Sofie (took us about 30 mins). The rooms are rather small but cleverly designed, so we did not have the feeling we did not have enough space. We had one room for us as parents and one for the kids, we asked the hotel owner to have them close to each other and they took care of it, we really appreciated this. Rooms are perfectly clean and the showers are good. Note that it is located right next to a mosque, so you do hear the call to prayer early in the morning. But that's something you have to accept and respect in a Muslim country. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Located in the vicinity of attractions and in a quiet side street Nothing

Excellent service from Ali! He was very kind and accommodated our early check-in due to flight changes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice street view. Ali was extremely helpful and quick to assist with any requests or questions. For example, when I needed to iron my shirt, he provided help in less than five minutes. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from Galata Tower, making it the perfect location—not too far, yet not too close to the crowded and noisy streets around the tower. I’ve added a photo taken outside the hotel; you’ll see that the street is beautiful and not crowded at all. If you're looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the one you need. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The staff was very gentle and welcoming..they made as feel like home. The location was wonderful..very close to the Galata tower. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was big and comfortable, too. Plus they provided us bottled water for free.. They could have served breakfast.

Room design is modern. This isn’t a hotel. More an airbnb of individual en-suite bedrooms. It’s been noted it’s a walk-up but not a 4 floor walk-up with narrow winding stairs. Broken safe in the room. Door code not secure. Roll away bed stored on small landing outside room leaving little room to maneuver bags. Only hand held shower head worked. Couldn’t close high transom window in bathroom so call to prayer speakers right outside the window was very loud.

The location is perfect. The room is clean, stylish and pretty nice. Everything that was mentioned in the description was the room. The room was very small. The sound isolation between the main room and the bathroom was practically absent. The host didn't met as on the arrival and didn't leave an instruction about getting in.

Clean and Tidy, Staff always be there easy to reach out for help. Nope.
