The staff was so warm and welcoming. The accomodations, and location were exceptional. The surrounding area was very loud with music but it ended by about 10:30

They have amazing and super helpful staff. We reached late night and needed recommendations for restaurants. Front staff made the effort to call a restaurant and made reservations for us. Food was really good with the view. Very central location and easy to walk to all the tourist spots.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us small souvenirs and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The location is excellent, with the metro and tram nearby, and most attractions are within walking distance. The view of the Galata Tower from our room was beautiful. The breakfast was decent and good enough for a short stay. The room was very small and felt cramped. The hotel looks a bit worn and could use some renovation. There was industrial ventilation equipment right below our windows, which made the room quite noisy.

Proximity to all the best stores & restaurants was excellent. So professionally run! Breakfast was off the hook good!

Thé location of Meroddi near Galata Tower is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. The WiFi could be better.

Fantastic location, close to everything and walkable but important to know that the the streets are very steep around this hotel. The rooms are outstanding. We had a perfect view of the Galata Tower from the 4th floor. Lots of space and nice attention to detail. Loved the rooftop deck for drinks at night, amazing views. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. This was a perfect place to stay when in Istanbul. Nice central location. The neighborhood felt very safe and inviting. Some much going on with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I would stay here again for sure. I don't really have any other recommendations. I was very happy with the hotel and its location. I would absolutely stay there again.

First and foremost the location. Right behind the Galata tower. Easy to access metro, funicular and tram. Bustling area with lot of eateries, cafe around. Magical vibe. The hotel itself is a piece of art! Beautiful, timeless and has a fabulous roof top restaurant. You must book in advance- it is very popular. We love to stay at this place! They pamper the guests! We love everything!

Delicious breakfast with lots of variety, beautiful interior, great view, friendly and helpful staff for the most part, comfortable rooms. Some of the staff members weren't very competent at their jobs. Often at breakfast we'd ask for something simple like a spoon, and would have to ask several times to get it. We had to ask because the silverware bins almost never had spoons for some reason. Once, my girlfriend and I each got a tea and only mine had a spoon, she asked for a spoon and the waiter simply moved my spoon onto her side. Staff would also often stand with nothing to do in the middle of doorways, blocking the way. When we were in our room in the daytime, cleaning staff would often talk very loudly in the hallway, and we once heard them complaining about other guests. Finally, the dining area would frequently stink of cigarettes because of people being allowed to smoke.

The location is great lively and warm… The cleanliness was very good specially housekeeping they have done great job. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly. Specially guest relation manager Bahar, she was great…

It is a historical hotel in the city center of Istanbul. It has a very beautiful interior. Breakfasts were amazing! A buffet offers a variety of cheeses, olives, pastries and several hot options. The view from the rooftop is stunning! Nothing.
