Quiet area. Near Galata tower. Avoid the higher floor because no elevator.

Near galata tower. No elevation, so.request for a lower floor. They charged me instantly even though I selected the free cancelation check box. Breakfast starts at 10am. Serve at your room.

Location. Despite being right around the corner from Galata Tower, hotel sits on quite small street and noise from neighborhood or Istiklal street will not bother you. Also metro station is 3 min walk away and Galata Bridge is like 5-10 where you can get to tram station. Breakfast was okay. Same everyday and brought to the room. Free Wi-Fi. Stuff was good and attentive. Rooms are good, comfortable, have everything in it and feels more like private apartment rather than hotel room. Overall: exceeded our modest expectations and left us satisfied. Recommended Sometimes smell of cigarettes was incoming from hall. Maybe some guests were smoking there. Also breakfast could be a bit better but it's difficult to ask at such paying price.

-location was accessible to everything (convenience store, restaurants, coffee shops and tourist attractions) -staff was helpful (sheriff and serkan) -cleanliness of the room -laundry tub included in the room -free decent turkish bfast -value for money -safety box would be a nice add on -not having an elevator (walk up floor) which is not under their control due to the old apartment set up. if you’re on second or third floor still it’s manageable but being on 4th floor during our second stay it’s challenging with luggages and we made it like a work out during our stay and we don’t mind at all. staff would glady help you if you will ask.

Staffs are very friendly and easy to communicate with them. Plus, the location is perfect and very accessible to Galata Tower and the rest of the tourist attractions (Takism Square, Blue mosque, Grand Bazar etc) in Istanbul. Wifi was a bit unstable.

The rooms are very clean, with smart design that makes it feel cozy. The staff is very kind and go out of their way to help and make you feel welcomed. The owner of the hotel put so much effort in meeting our requests. The location is fantastic, it is only few minutes away from Taksim square. and the street to taksim is not steep. Also they were transparent about not having an elevator but the owner helped us book a room in the ground floor which was very kind of him.

The location was great. Very close to Galata Tower, shops and restaurants but parallel street so it was quiet at night. The room was very spacious for three people, with cozy areas near the windows. Bottles of water, tea and coffee were provided. There were utensils, cooker, kettle and washing machine. We were able to wash and dry our laundry. The staff were very helpful. They even reported to the authorities the scammer taxi driver and were able to recoup the overcharged fee for us. No elevator on the area of the building we stayed at. However, the receptionist helped us carry our luggage without hesitation at all.
