Nice and clean, great location, right next to Galata, beautiful Bosphorus view! Very good when traveling with family, has option to have 2 and 3 bedrooms.

The hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance of the Galata tourist precinct. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. A unique feature is the resident cat in the reception area, as well as a small cat shelter in the laneway behind the hotel, which provides beds and food bowls for local cats. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of amenities within easy walking distance, including great dining options and services such as hairdressers and supermarkets. The three-bedroom apartment felt a bit small for our group of five. The lounge area did not comfortably accommodate all of us, and the bedrooms were quite limited in space, making it difficult to store luggage

This accommodation is located between Galata Tower and Taksim making it easy to reach both in under 10 mins on foot. Nothing to complain about.

All the staff we interacted with were the only highlight and redeeming aspect of this stay, specifically Mike who took care of our needs. The pictures were misleading, as the apartment was not well maintained. Some of the furniture was in poor condition, the chairs were wobbly, and unfortunately my elderly mother fell because of this, which was quite concerning. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell during our stay, the tv didnot work and the kitchen was not properly equipped. Basic amenities were missing.

In our case the location itself not very convinient due to we had 2 kids and strollers in the hills not best option.

How exciting to stay in the heart of the Galata District in this historic and comfortable flat. The flat itself is beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms are spacious and the full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a wealth of things to do and see right at the doorstep, and public transportation is only a few blocks away when you want to go further afield. The breakfast is convenient and satisfactory, served in a lovely setting with a view of Galata Tower. Istanbul never sleeps, so don't expect quiet! This company owns several buildings within a few square blocks, so be sure to communicate with them if you're set on a specific flat. You might register and pick up your keys in one building and walk to another to reach your flat. Stairs can be steep and narrow, so if this is a problem, be sure you're booking an accessible flat. The flat we rented had a lift that started on what we would call the second floor - one above street level. Our flat was on this level, so we did need to manage one flight of stairs. This was clear in the booking.com description.

Great location, very close to Galata Tower and Isteklal street. Rooms are too small and apartments are very conjugated. Cleaning staff is rude and don’t want to clean the apartment, also maintenance staff was not good either, we complained about water getting accumulated in bathroom sink and maintenance guy didn’t clean the drain, and said this is how it is going to be.

The staff was incredibly helpful and available 24/7. The location was excellent, right by the Galata tower and lots of cute streets for eating and shopping. The price was very reasonable for a 3 bedroom apartment. Beds were comfortable with AC in each room, small living room and kitchen with a table, couch, fridge and a little stove top for simple cooking. There was an elevator to get to the third floor where our hotel apart was which was perfect because we had our baby with us. Super accesible. No issues at all. I loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it.
