The staff was so lovely, it was clean and good location.

The location was perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was nice, very clean, and offered great value for the price. What truly made the stay exceptional was the front desk staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. They also arranged my airport transfer at a great price, and the whole experience was seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciated the extra help and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! No view from rooms.

The location was absolutely perfect. Small room (we chose the small one) but was all we needed as we were out most of the day! Super welcoming hosts.

Great hotel in a really convenient spot — transport links are close, getting around the city is easy. Support was quick and helpful when needed. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, though on the smaller side, so worth keeping in mind if you're traveling with large luggage. Overall a solid stay, would come back.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Galata. Yes bathroom is slightly small but it really has everything you need. As a bonus the staff were absolutely delightful and the location is great. Thanks for a lovely stay. Just be mindful that if you take the ferry to this hotel then you have a fairly strenuous walk uphill ahead of you!

That is just a few steps to the metro, easy to access to main locations! The place is small and cute All great ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is excellent, right by the high street with plenty of shops, as well as charming tourist gift stores. There are also many great restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The funicular tunnel close to the hotel was a big plus, offering easy access down to the tram stops, although it’s also a pleasant walk if you prefer. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a very comfy bed and thoughtful amenities like a kettle with tea and coffee, a hairdryer, and a TV with YouTube. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was there. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. When I needed to take my mum to the hospital, they were very supportive and assisted us during a stressful time. They also arranged our transport to and from the airport and kept in touch to make sure everything was okay. Their level of care and communication really made a difference to our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended. The building opposite is being renovated so our view was of the scaffolding, still not important for a city break

Clean, nice staff, very good location for staying in central The main window in the room actually was fake and it has no day light which they didn’t mention it. And a little noise from outside which is normal for that area.

Good location, a cute and clean property, and friendly staff. The room and bathroom felt a bit small for my taste.

I liked the location and accessibility. Staff were nice and friendly. They made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. It’s next to a lot of shops and restaurants. Galata tower and istiklal street is at walking distance. The room was a bit small which was expected but I had trouble opening my suitcases. The mattress was uncomfortable but I was able to get some decent sleep. There were paint chips falling from the ceiling onto my stuff in the bathroom.

Location was great, the room was good enough size for a solo traveler with two luggages, it was clean, had all that I needed, and the staff was extremely helpful in trying to accommodate an early check-in due to my flight. Communication with them was also easy,, clear and prompt. I also felt safe staying there. The only feedback I have for improvement is the smell from the shower. I think it was a piping issue that they were trying to fix. The bathroom itself was clean, but may not be ideal for anyone that is very particular about smells,

Location is the real asset here! Rooms were clean and staff was lovely but tough to beat such a convenient location. Would recommend. The rooms were a little bit small so if you have lots of stuff it might be a bit of a squeeze.

Quite comfortable and just big enough for the price. The location for walking around was perfect. The staff were very helpful and nice. They even helped me get my laundry done while I was out wandering for a really good price. The only confusion is the address. From a taxi you can’t tell it’s the right location due to some restoration work going on. And from the walking side it looks like an alley. Maybe a more noticeable sign would be helpful.

Room was super tiny, but we knew that when we booked. Some bathroom fixtures looked like they could use some TLC.

Furniture is new and good quality. In one of the mornings I smelled something bad but not from the toilet. I don’t know what was that. When I came back from outside it was gone.
