Great location 100 yards from Metro station and buses. Breakfast was also very good. Overall it’s a good hotel. Street approaching the hotel is not very clean and it gives a very bad impression about the neighborhood. Hotel cleanliness is also not up tot the standard. Sheets are not changed during our stay.

The hotel is on good location. 2 minutes from metro. The room is a bit old but clean. The suff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good, which surprised me. A lot of options for breakfast. Good value for money.

The entire staff was incredibly kind, cheerful, and always helpful, which made the stay very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Wissal at the reception — she was exceptional. Wissal was always welcoming, professional, patient, and attentive, and she genuinely went out of her way to help whenever needed. Her warm attitude and positive energy truly made a difference in our stay and made us feel at home from the very first day. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved the neighborhood, with many great restaurants and shops nearby, which added a lot to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The location was very good, i have checked early the stuff wasn’t helpful enough to give me the room ,the room wasn’t good and there was some light issues in bathroom and she told either take this room and will fixed the light next day or you need to wait till 15:00. Three days without cleaning. Only location.

Nothing I recently experienced an unfortunate incident during my stay at a hotel. Upon returning to my room, I found a mouse , which was disgusting. This situation was unacceptable and greatly impacted my comfort and peace of my mind. The quality of the breakfast was very poor, and the service was particularly disappointing. The staff were rude , especially the man who worked in the breakfast area was super rude. Additionally, there was a fight on my floor at midnight, which was an extremely disturbing and unsafe situation, I couldn't sleep that night , which added to overall negative experience. They ruined my stay in Istanbul, and I felt undervalued as a customer. They don't have the principales of the hospitality, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

The lights in the room didn’t work, even I told about but not fixed The room wasn’t clean and there was mosquitoes in The bathroom I used and the staff didn’t clean it at all The water stayed on the floor during my whole stay they only changed the garbage even the towel I asked to be changed

The whole location is nice as everything is close by and it has an elevator which is a plus The room didn’t have a Safe to keep our passports Btw, if you have an older person this would be a challenge to go up the road

The location was good. The staff was kind. The room was not clean enough. Tv, heater and AC did not work properly. It was very cold that we could not sleep comfortably. There was a constant bad smell coming from the toilet probably because the building was very old.
