Not at allll like the photos. It was literally across from a trem station. Take real pictures and put that on the web site. Staff qere friendly and accomadating. Outside its dirty old ansd smelly. Single bed duvet on a double bed.

Bed is comfortable. Staffs are friendly..... Hotel is not maintained well, Very dirty. Floor is too sticky, you can feel the dirty sticky feeling with Barefoot. Smoke smell in the room. On Lobby when you entering feel drainage smell. The worst shower i had experienced, it's like magic fountain, you will get hot and cold water alternatively with variable speed, If you come on winter ❄️, definitely will be in trouble They are rated 8.5 in booking.com on 2015.(this may rated on their beginning, Don't judge this rating may applicable now) And said this is 3*. Don't now how this hotel rated with 3 *. Towel and blanket are very old and with hole , Breakfast is ok. Room don't have safety lock inside, there is no privacy at all. NOT WORTH IT FOR MONEY.

I didn't like the fact that i could hear a very loud music playing after 10 pm and my sleep was disturbed through phone calls from the reception just because someone claimed I didn't pay for my taxi from the airport to their hotel

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Nice and comfortable room. Perfect location, not far from the center and close to the main Istanbul markets. Highly recommend!

The location was great ! The breakfast not the best one ,but not the worst either. The room was very small and dark . The bed was horible . Aslo the bathroom very neglected and dirty.

The staffs are very helpful especially Mr.Imran the smell of the pillow cover is too bad and the hair from previous customers on all the mattress covers, the refrigerator stopped after 3 days and they did not change it.

Excellent location, convenient for shopping and visiting the best of Istanbul The receptionist was very professional, gave us to choose the room among the available (not busy period) We have left luggage in their storage room which has been kept securely and with care- Special Thanks to Mr Umrane. The facilities could have been better, good if the management ensures a tighter maintenance plan.

The hotel is not even up to a one star hotel talk less of 4 star in fact they are just like a ---. I advise customers to take note. The room is like pruson cell and the bed sheets are dirty no carpet on the floor.
