the room is too small even for a family room. toilet also too small and the shower space is worse

The location was excellent near to the tram station and the view nice , the stuff was helpful especially Ibraheem , Furqan and hussein . The breakfast was very basic and the same every day, which became boring. It would be nice to have more variety. Also, the cleaning staff were very noisy early in the morning (around 5 AM), which made it hard to sleep

AC was but in heating mode not cooling mode

The shower door in the bathroom will not close completely so water was all over the bathroom floor! I will definitely recommend this hotel.

There was mold in the bathroom.

Location is the best Linen was not clean and had hair on the pillows and comforter

Wonderful location (near tram and metro stations), lovely room view, and a beautiful breakfast view from the top I found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, even after staying for a full week, the hotel was unwilling to grant a two-hour extension for checkout. My experience with a staff member, Ramadan, was also negative

Location, breakfast are very good.The stuff is very professional.The hotel is clean.In front of the hotel there is a tramvay stop Aksaray and about 100 metr from hotel there is three Metro stations - Aksaray, Yenikapi and Vezneciler!

Good location , nice view, good stuff The sound from outside making me very confused specially with the police sound and ambulance

The hotel location is amazing and very strategic. Located exactly in front of the Aksaray Tramway. All the shops (shopping,food.etc) around the hotel are convenient. The room is bigger and comfortable. Everyday housekeeping clean the room n change the towels. About the staffs (front desk, restaurant & housekeeping), all of them are welcoming, helpful and super nice. The breakfast is excellent. We feel safe travelling as 3 ladies and staying for 10 days at this hotel because the staff treated us well, like family, + ensure our safety too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excellent service by Mr Furkan who can speak English very well ? also to Mr Murat who is so caring went so far help me to buy a medicine for my daughter bcoz nearby pharmacy is all closed on sunday.Not to forget Mr Ibrahim and Mr Musa who is professional in his job. Thank you, everyone. Hope to see u all again soon! Great job.I love all of you. So sad..have to leave you all.

Room is over rated ,prepare to set in a cell not room , bathroom not convenient, sink place is very tight very wear designed Breakfast

Breakfast was okay could do with more hot food for breakfast Shower wasn’t great and the room set up too tiny to relax

1- Location is excellent, just few steps from Aksaray Tram station. 2- Breakfast in the last floor with nice view to the City, the meal was good but with less varieties. but in general, it was OK. 3- Staff at the reception was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate.
