Location is amazing. Reception people are great. Room service is excellent. Breakfast ends at 10 am and it is too early. It is good to keep it till 11 am.

Location is good. Very strong smell of chemicals in room. It was so strong so my wife had tears. So we keep windows open all time day and nights and asked blankets because nights still cold. The same smell in corridors too.

Close to Taksim square and the airport Express stop Breakfast is poor. There is one elevator in the hotel and i was not enough to serve people staying there

Location was perfect, it is exactly 3-4 minutes by walk from taxim, any time you can buy some sweets or fruits nearby the hotel. it is safe to walk area late night even alone, hotel is nice and staff is also nice and helpful. it was worth for the value i booked the hotel only one thing what i did not like was that rooms are so close each other that you physically can hear anything, but that time air plugs are your best friend :)

Very friendly English-speaking staff and great breakfast!

The staff were extremely unprofessional. Basic courtesy such as greeting guests seems to be missing. Even when I said “good morning,” there was no response. It creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. One of the housekeeping staff members (the one with the very short/boy haircut) was particularly rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I also had a personal situation during my stay. I got my menses heavily and some blood stained the mattress. I did my best to clean it immediately with the limited cleaning materials available in the room, but a small stain remained. Instead of handling the situation with understanding and professionalism, I was charged a very large amount. The mattress was not damaged or destroyed — it simply required proper cleaning. These are normal situations that can happen, and I believe it could have been managed in a much more reasonable and humane way. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff professionalism and how such situations are handled in the future.

The overall condition of the hotel is far below even the most basic hospitality standards, let alone the category it claims. Corridors and common areas were neglected and reinforced the feeling that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority at all. What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional, dismissive, and irresponsible behavior of the management. Legitimate complaints raised immediately at check-in were ignored, and there was no willingness to take responsibility or provide solutions. Due to the unacceptable conditions, we were forced to leave and book another hotel at a much higher cost. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I strongly warn future guests to avoid this property entirely.
