Amazing stay, amazing location and most importantly amazing team running this property. The property location is close and within walkable distance to major landmarks in the city. Dont miss the restaurant here as well. Most importantly, the team here especially Thunahan at the reception was so helpful and accommodating. He honestly went the extra mile and above and beyond to accommodate us. Teşekkürler Tunahan. You are the best!

Beautiful, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Great location too! The room was a lot smaller than the pictures of the “deluxe” shown on the website. Fairly sure we were given a “superior” instead despite me intentionally picking a larger room because of our luggage. Minor odor to the room but it was only noticeable when first coming in. AC helped.

The property is well located. Close to the galata tower and quick access to the train station with restaurants around it The staff is not particularly friendly. I had a problem with noise at 2:30 am around my room made by the cleaning service and I reported that the next day so they could change me to another room cause I am a light sleeper and I was told that was IMPOSSIBLE and pretty much I was lying until they reviewed the cameras and they found out I was right. A thing to learn: the client is always right! Breakfast is good but no variation whatsoever, you will eat the same every day. The Hammas is very good though, that’s a good experience although is expensive, Hanna was the best massager at the Hammas. The restaurant is ok but the access is terrible with very inclined stairs, something I noticed about Istanbul is that is not friendly for handicapped people and no wheelchair access. The room was clean, they receive you with fruits and cookies that’s nice, but to me it is very expensive for what they really offer and you have to pay breakfast separately

Location: it is very close to Galata Tower and sit nearly at the point to cross Bosphorus bridge. Our room is on the ground floor, window facing a wall and slightly small for 2 persons.

Friendly people and great location Breakfast was just ok. They made me lovely omelets each day but the fruit was always hard and underripe hard to understand why, in June in Turkey!

The front desk staff were very helpful and Shahribanu of guest services was extremely personable, friendly and instructive as it was our first visit to Istanbul ! We spent 5 nights at Galata Istanbul Hotel MGallery and would recommend to everyone. Nothing to complain about.

Great hotel. Breakfast was great and never too busy. Eggs on demand any style in addition to buffet.. Staff at reception helpful. Lovely room, we had one with a view of the Bosphorous which was lovely to wake up to each morning. Ideal location. Close enough to walk up to Galatta Tower and shops, cafes etc beyond and just a short walk over the bridge to main tourist sites etc
