The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, especially the reception team. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was very clean and fresh. The location is quiet but still very close to everything, which made it very convenient??? Honestly, nothing. Everything was great during my stay.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly and very nice. They really helped us with whatever we asked for in terms of different locations and places in this massive city. They also gave us an Istanbul Card themselves so that we don't have to buy one. I need to mention quite a few. - The toilet lid was not staying open (we literally have to lean on it to keep it open!). This was just an example to give you an idea that the facilities were old. - The breakfast was decent and nice, but a bit oily for our taste. - The room size was not 25m! I don't know if this is the hotel's fault or Booking.com 's, but our room was 15m, not 25m! We booked this place with the intention of having something more than 20m. The room was so small that when I was in the bathroom, in order to open it from inside, I had to go to the back of the bathroom, then open the door; I could not easily pass through the door! - The place's location is not entirely ideal. For instance, on the map there is a public transport (a metro or tram), but we could not access it. Therefore, we had to walk for like 20 minutes to get to another metro station (the hike is steep upward). So, I won't necessarily say the location was perfect; however, it is close to many shops and local restaurants. - The bed could have been better. The windows were not isolating the sound, so we could hear so many noises and music from outside until like 1 am.

The great place is near to sultanahmet and Aiya Sofia and also grand bazar , the staff is very friendly and helpful to explain to us how to get the best way to all places , special thanks to Mr. Danial and Mr. Muslim ??? Nothing

It was the great meeting point with my friend during the Istanbul trip. Located a bit away of tourists points was a big bonus to explore the city avoiding crowds. Very clean room, big shower, comfortable beds. Professional staff made a like-home atmosphere, answering all our questions in three languages, helping with directions, local phone calls and transfer to the airport. Thank you, Daniel, for your support and patience! All you need in a big city-feeling safe and exciting. Highly recommend!

Close to many local restaurants. Festive in the evening. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. TV has streaming icons. Shower had good pressure. Staff was responsive and nice…lent us a transportation card to use for tram and train. Despite a digital thermostat, we had limited control of the temperature in the room (5th floor) and it was really warm for 2 nights! Had to open balcony door to get cool air. Third night they turned it down and it was good. Hotel is on a blocked street so taxi can’t get to front door but only a block or so away. Note that the hotel has easy access to train but to get to tram, u have to climb a 1/2 mile narrow cobbled stone street! Good exercise but a bit taxing at times walking up the steep street each day.

Great value for money, good positioning with a large parking place nearby (3 mins walking) - friendly staff Breakfast is good but, from my perspective can be improved in a few areas ( real coffee vs instant coffee and more variaty around meat cuts) I would also prefer smaller, less filled pillows
