The staff at the kids club, pool area, and restaurants were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. The sea view room has great view as well as the main restaurant and bar on the 11th floor. Room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, the beach was 2 mins away. Particularly we enjoyed the sunsets from the bar - they were amazing. The food in Varcalora restaurant was delicious. The main disappointment was that we were not given the room category we had originally reserved - I requested a quiet room during booking process. Instead, we were assigned a room one floor below the main restaurant, where staff began moving furniture as early as 6:00 AM, creating significant noise. Since we were visiting to celebrate my birthday, it was particularly frustrating to spend part of that day packing, changing rooms, and unpacking again. As a recommendation to future travelers - do not agree to stay in the sea-view rooms on the 9th floor unless you are an early riser. One area for improvement would be the kids club, which in my opinion could offer more organized activities for children and operate for longer hours.

That you need to compete with other guests for a chance to eat at the restaurants.

Great service, staff and facilities I enjoyed the tennis court, the pools and the close by beach. The all inclusive had a variety of drinks and cocktails and the theme restaurants were great in quality. The hotel has a policy where you must book the theme restaurants up to two days in advance. Unfortunately they were overbooked a few times, which meant we missed out on them and I never even got to try the Greek theme restaurant. This wouldn't have been as big of an issue if the main restaurant buffet was at the same level or close, but the lunch and dinner food in the main restaurant was bland.

Everything, the hotel was just perfect. We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of April. The breakfast and the food in each of the restaurants was very good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the spa is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and very kind. Everywhere within the hotel was very clean. The location is ideal, you’re very close to the airport and to Rhodes town itself. Would definitely love to come back. N/A

Location 6miles from airport 2 miles from Rhodes .Bus stop at hotel entrance .Access to beach by tunnel under main road. Staff very efficient very friendly and helpful . Spa excellent . We had bed and breakfast and evening meal .The quality and choice of food was top class .For a hotel of that quality it was very good value for money . Misko at the guest information desk desk very helpful and a good sense of humour . Enjoyed our stay Could not fault hotel

The breakfast could use more variety in food choices. Our room location was great, but to reach it we had to walk through areas where people were sitting by the pool, dining at the nearby restaurants, or passing through the bar. It would also be nice if there were a properly heated pool.

Only breakfast Dear Booking.com Team, I would like to report a very disappointing experience at the hotel I recently booked through your platform. Before my arrival, I clearly stated in my reservation notes that we needed a large bed, as my wife, baby, and I sleep together. However, upon check-in, we were given a room with two single beds joined together. Despite informing the front desk multiple times, the issue was never resolved. In fact, they told me the bed would only be fixed on the day of checkout, which made no sense. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned during our stay — the towels and bathrobes we left on the floor were placed back on the bed, and even dead flies remained on the floor for two days. I documented this with photos. We noticed that dead flies remained on the floor and discarded tissues were not collected. Despite warning them three times, no cleaning was carried out, and this lack of cleanliness continued into the next day. As a result, we had to spend two nights in an unclean room and even had to push the beds together ourselves to make the space safe for our baby. I kindly request that you review this complaint and consider taking action against the hotel or providing a partial refund, as the stay did not match the quality or service standards advertised. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

The men sauna was not working properly. The water in pool floor 11 were so cold, no one could get into water. Room kettel not out of order.

Good service, private beach with direct access, very nice swimming pools and great atmosphere.

    beach, food and location

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Distance from the strip Dedicated beach with bar service Size of room Sea view Choice of foods Lots of activities but none of them intrusive if we didn’t want to join in We were offered to move half way through the trip to another of their hotels. My partner didn’t see it as an issue, but I wanted to know why we were offered to move and it caused some discussion about packing to move for two nights to pack again to come back and unpack then pack again to leave. It felt as though the hotel had overbooked but were trying to make the inconvenience of a mid-stay move look like an upgrade. The only issue my partner had was how cold the pools were.

The food, the stuff, the hotel It was noisy in our room so we asked to change it. It took half our stay time to get it done.

Pools especially the roof pool, sunset bar for cocktails, the little areas dotted around like the waterfall garden off the reception and the roof terrace. Staff were also friendly. Bathroom in the room was tiny. The shower was literally just big enough to turn around. The shower door may as well not have been there as all the water flowed out into the bathroom under the door. Small things like the “games” area was a bit run down, the sensor lights in some of the public restrooms around the hotel were not working so the place was in darkness. The sun loungers around the larger pool/ adult pool were in need of a makeover, stained and broken. All small items but the hotel is expensive so the small things matter. The reception staff could have been a little more helpful with information on buses, deals and directions of facilities within the hotel, but they were nice.
