Everything was excellent! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations and made my stay very enjoyable.

The food was exceptional. Amazing. We took the all inclusive deal and it was totally worth it. Visited the la carte restaurants and enjoy it very very much We took the executive family suite with the private pool. We took it on the basis of what was written on the site - that the pool is heated. In practice the pool felt cold to us. Not freezing but cold enough to the point we didn’t use it. It was October and there was 21 degrees outside. It wasn’t warm enough to make us enjoy inside. The hotel is not to blame though because of the weather outside. They just have to let the visitors know the max degrees the pool can be heated to. (Which they told us there - 24 max) That was a big disappointment to us Because we paid extra for that and didn’t use it.

The weather was very windy and cold when we visited and we only found out upon arrival that the indoor pool is adults only which was very disappointing. However the whole time we were there during our stay the indoor pool was empty. A major point of our trip was to utilize the pool with our baby which we were unable to do. It should have been advertised that the indoor pool is for adults only.

The stay at the hotel was more than excellent. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped with a wonderful private pool. The hotel facilities are excellent. Lots of treats. Excellent location, a few minutes drive to the center, the old city and the port area.. We would definitely like to return. Absolutely nothing

Caring staff who are very kind with kids and helping as much as possible. Private pool with beautiful view. Variety of foods, mostly fresh and of high quality. Nice location. Some staff working in the restaurant are visibly under stress and look unhappy. Bed was not as comfortable as it could be. Decoration of the rooms is quite flashy.

The choice of food at the buffet or a la carte and in different style restaurants was excellent - the quality and the variety. We enjoyed the indoor pool because it was almost always empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool hours could have been longer.

I chose the All-Inclusive option, and it was the best decision I made. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The food was exceptional in every restaurant, regardless of which one you chose—everything was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. The facilities were well-maintained, and there was always something fun to do, whether it was relaxing by the pool or enjoying the see or something else. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to return! There's nothing to note.

The room was very spacious and convenient. The pool was big and clean. The breakfast was great with a large variety and the staff was super nice the entire time of our stay. The cleaning service didn't clean our room one day. Also most of the floors in the hotel (indoor and outdoor) were wet or moist for most of the time, making it very dangerous to slip and fall.

Staff were very friendly and polite. They were helpful in everything. The pillows were very comfortable. We liked the coffee in the room. Indoor garage is also a great facility. The weather on west coast is windy and sea is wavy. You have to travel by car to other beaches on the island. Also old town is far and you have to drive or take a taxi from the hotel.

The main highlight for the resort is their facilities. The rooms are comfy with amazing views. The pools were wonderful. The main restaurant food is better than other all-inclusive restaurants we have been. The resort was quiet and tranquille most of the time. Overall very good experience. Some of the theme nights are the restaurant were underwhelming - not authentic.
