This hotel is an amazing value for what you get. The rooms are huge, the decoration is beautiful and it has AC. The TV is a smart TV and it's keycard entry. The beds are also very comfortable. The bathrooms are very spacious and so are the showers and the tiling work is beautiful. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem and its location is right across the street from a mall. There are a lot of food options and in the area is very walkable. I really don't have any complaints on this hotel.

Cheap budget hotel with clean and large rooms. They made an early check in possible for me. The employees did their best, but the maid threw away my food when cleaning the room and the reception allowed a car to block my parking lot so I got stuck for a long while before I could leave the hotel. Also there is always a bad traffic jam in the street to the hotel. You need time to arrive here and time to leave again. Be patient and take your food with you when leaving the room! The beds are hard and you can hear all the talks etc. when staying in the rooms in the ground floor.

Pretty building Front desk Staff were extremely rude. We had a fair deal of luggage since we were traveling for a long period of time. No offer to help my husband has some mobility issues. Bathroom was tiny teeny tiny shower.

its pretty well know, locals call it the venetian experience in veracruz, its got its own parking lot, rooms are big and comfortable, its quiet and peaceful and pet friendly! they're not very clear on what pet friendly means to them, its an extra charge that is not listed right away when you book with them. also traffic around the hotel its pretty hectik and about a 30 minute walk downtown.
