I like the fact that I've been selected as a valued guest and was upgraded and given access to the lounge. I was also allowed to early check-in which I needed to work on that same day. The ladies at the reception were very kind and lovely. I'd vote for a bonus. I hoped to have offered the breakfast as well, or at least given the option to select between the lounge and breakfast, eventually, I had to pay for the breakfast. Another thing is that I was lost in the corridors looking for the breakfast it wasn't clear the way to land on the restaurant.

Room AC temperature could not be configured, either on or off. AC doesn’t respond to auto mode. Sunlight gets in even with curtains closed. Wall lighting cannot be turned off.

Breakfast location is good But i have asked for coffee it take time to be served i have asked for Eggs i have seen already been made but more than 10 minutes till i received even restaurant was not fully occupied only a few tables more attention to customer at restaurant
