My stay at Jeddah Hilton was absolutely exceptional. The hotel's location overlooking the Red Sea is breathtaking, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious international and local dishes. The facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and restaurants, were outstanding and maintained to the highest standards. I highly recommend Jeddah Hilton to anyone visiting Jeddah for business or leisure. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious stay, and I will definitely return on my next visit.

View Check-in Delay: Check-in was scheduled for 15:00, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable delay in processing my entry. 2. Unclean Sofa Odor: The couch emitted an unpleasant, unclean odor, forcing me to constantly avoid sitting on or near it throughout my stay. 3. Faulty Lighting Fixture: The bedside lamp had a socket configuration of three slots with only two functional openings, and no travel adapter was provided to make it usable. 4. Room Service & Delivery Policy: I ordered food through a delivery application, and the order arrived at the reception desk. When I tried to contact Room Service, the agent did not inform me upfront of any policy restrictions; instead, they transferred my call to another extension where I waited for 5 minutes with no answer. When I subsequently called extension "0", the representative abruptly told me that outside deliveries are prohibited. 5. Missing Nespresso Capsules: The Nespresso machine was left without any coffee capsules. I called housekeeping to request them, but they delayed significantly, requiring a follow-up call before they were finally delivered

Location I paid for a room in the business section, but I was given an old, dirty room on the ninth floor with broken lights, used milk in the tea bar, and no electrical outlets. I asked for help twice, but the staff were indifferent and inexperienced in customer service, and my request wasn't answered until 12 hours later. After a full day 24 hours of suffering, I finally asked to see the hotel manager to find solution.

The hotel is very old and even the door looks doesn't open normally, it's need a maintenance

الفندق لم يقوم باي تحديث منذ عشرين سنة حتى قائمة الطعام والأثاث وجميع التفاصيل ، والصراحة تاريخ الفندق واسمه اكبر من واقعه ونتمنى ان نشاهد هذا الصرح السياحي بحال افضل ومنافس
