Nice place and nice people Nothing

Comfortable, staffs were friendly, location was near an activity hub area There were no available digital weight scales in the rooms. I had to ask call reception three times and waited nearly an hour to get something akin to the item. Very inconvenient

Clean and neat to the sea My room was near the swimming pool and that made it bad + The pilliows are bad

good location, near corniche(u can walk evenings seaside) well enough big room, well enough breakfast. Shower doesnt have enough water rate.

The room they gave me was in a a building outside of the main building where the lobby and restaurant, pool at . I had to leave outside and walk in the heat. I really dislike that and I wasn’t told about this at all. I booked for a room in the main building not a building near by! So annoying and frustrating! I wouldn’t go again because of that..

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. First, the air conditioner was broken, and we could not sleep comfortably because the room was extremely hot. Second, a man entered our room in the middle of the night without permission while we were wearing our sleepwear, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel very unsafe. Also, whenever we requested anything from the staff, the service was very slow. We had to call 5 times before getting any response or assistance. Overall, the service and management were very poor, and we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The renovated room was full of humidity smell mixed with the odors of paint or so. We asked several times to resolve it but ended up with no real response.

The bathrooms were leaking - the entire bathroom flooded and we complained twice there was nothing done about it. Bathroom was suffocating. It said direct beach access in the description but there was no beach access at all. This should have been clarified as it’s the only reason we chose this hotel. Concierge was not accommodating at all and the pool staff didn’t speak english either. The pool was freezing cold and we couldn’t even swim instead we got sick. Terrible experience would recommend no one stays here.

Price too high not worth it

Was an amazing experience. Loved every minute of it. Am defenitely planning on coming again.

the staff were not helpful at all. they gave me a smoking room while i don't smoke and i hate the smell of the smoke . i asked them to replace my room and they just refused! I told them I could not sleep from the smell and also i didn't request a room for smoker! they just refused again to help!

The hotel itself looks nice and the location is convenient. The room was comfortable once we were finally able to check in later in the day. The service and check-in experience were very disappointing. I informed Booking.com that I would arrive between 3–4 a.m., and they confirmed that the hotel had been notified. However, when I arrived after renting a car and driving from the airport, the staff refused to allow me to check in and said they had not been informed. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the staff member claimed he was the manager and did not offer any solution except to call a number. Because of this, I had to leave the hotel, find another place to sleep, and pay for another room until I could return later in the afternoon. Additionally, room service was difficult to reach and food was left outside the rooms. I understand it is Ramadan and the hotel may be busy, but guests paying for a stay should still receive proper service.

Fantastic stay at Sheraton Jeddah. Location is perfect, right at the Corniche and very close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Service is wonderful. Special thanks to John from housekeeping team and to Camille (hope I remember the name well) from the Club Lounge. The room is a good size, with a really nice sea view. When I had a small issue with the shower, it was solved very promptly. Really recommended place, and I would gladly come back at some point. Minor, but when asking the team if they could order a taxi for me, they mentioned they do not do that and I should download Uber app instead. At the end all worked out.

My room had no hot water, however my stay was really short so I wasn't able to inform staff about the issue.
