I just checked out Vivienda Hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, the hotel team’s exceptional flexibility and resilience genuinely impressed me especially Gilbert and Lizy. During my visit, I faced unforeseen changes in my plans, necessitating adjustments from three bedroom villa to one bed room due to illness of my friends. Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart and made my stay in Jeddah all the more enjoyable and stress-free. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and the understanding your team demonstrated. It’s such experiences that not only make a stay pleasant but also ensure that guests, like myself, look forward to returning soon. It’s my no.1 hotel option in Jeddah or Riyadh. It’s very minor but I would recommend the hotel would draw attention to the shisha service and hire an experienced Shisha Man for better service and quality.

The room was exquisite, top notch decorations, very pleasant welcoming, fruits and bottles of water was a nice touch, delicious mojito . Kitchen cabin looked gorgeous. The bathroom and the shower was nice . And i have to emphasise that the staff was the best part of the whole experience. I will start with the pricing. Yes , the high price does make this place feels very exclusive, but there is no logical justification for such an amount . Outdoor activities are just a swimming pool ,which is not well taken care of . A restaurant that serves mediocre food . Unfortunately, there isn't a pool table ,or a tennis court or just any kind of couple's activity.
