The room has less than minimum. No wardrobe, no shelves., very noisy air conditioning

Noise from outside late at night (drawback of central location).

The shelf in the bathroom was too small to hold all my toiletries at once. That's it. That is literally the only thing I can say was not 100% amazing about my stay, and it's supreme nitpicking.

There are no facilities. It’s just a place to sleep. However the design of the room was very nice and clean. The receptionist Martina was very kind and helpful.

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. Perfect location with easy access to everything I needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had the best time staying here! The location is right in the city center but still super quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing escape. The rooms are beautifully designed, really clean, and have such a cool vibe. Breakfast was amazing—fresh, delicious, and a great variety. The staff were super friendly too. We’re already planning our next trip back!

What an amazing place to stay in Jerusalem. The service was exceptional and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My suite was super comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area and attractions. I especially enjoyed the bath in our suite. can’t wait to return.

The room design is very nice, the balcony is small and cute, the bathtub was the best part we didn’t want to get out, very nice staff and easy check in process, if you want to spend quality time with your partner this is the place

Nice room, clean, bed comfortable. No place to place your suitcase. No desk to write or do work and plenty of room for that. Also minimal art work on the walls felt very empty.

The staff is amazing and responsive, always ensuring everything is good and offering assistance whenever needed. The rooms are spotless, and the location is great! I'm not sure if they have more branches, but they had one in another part of JLM. That could be great.

Everything was great! Perfect location! Nice new design and super clean! Only comment is that there should have been some hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes and a shelf in the shower for personal soaps etc..

Breakfast at Bezalel cafe was tasety Breakfast is a voucher for a cafe, which is 7 minutes walking uphill from the hotel. Service is not included.
