there only a problem with parking which was something i would mention

Location was very good. Room was a little small, but the shower was spaceous and beautifully designed. 1. It was hard for us to find a reasonable parking 2. We had to spend a long time waiting for the next-door-caffe breakfast (as it is very popular, I should mention). We ended up taking the trays to the hotel and eating in the quiet and friendly patio.

The location is great, in the city center, but in a quiet spot. The service was amazing, great breakfast at the bakery near the hotel. The hotel is new and the interior design lokks really good. Great value for money.
-
Perfect location right in the middle of the center of the city, near the train, and walking distance to a lot of shops there were still a flight of stairs to the room even with the elevator
-
There are no chairs or nightstands in the room. There is not enough space for basic items like chargers, toothbrushes, and other toiletries. There is no closet for coats or jackets.
-
noise due to nearby construction and sewer like smells on last night.

Breakfast should at least be served until 10-10:30

The shower is really, really small and in typical Israeli shower fashion the water gets all over the bathroom. There is only a very small ledge separating the shower floor from the bathroom floor.
-
The jerk behind the desk made me change rooms for no reason, and was rude as well.
