stephanie very very helpful, professional, with service ethic. she is a credit to kd etc I was wondering if Stephanie perhaps try to reach Domino's pizza in French Hill which charged us but the food was not received at the KD hotel and Wolt and Domino's both gave us a run arround when we sought a refund which took many hours of time. I believe dominos and wolt are at fault with bad service, Stephanie was great dealing with dominos failure. stephanie is familiar with the problem and I hope she can perhaps call domino's to not charge me for food never receive at King David hotel? yet deceptively (geneivas daat[?] they said it arrived). the situation became kafquesque when wolt said we must contact domino and domino said we must contact wolt. stephanie is to be praised for her Herculean efforts dealing with this agravating matter. stephanie did a great job helping with this "ones mamon " case from dominos which was dominos fault. gam zu letova perhaps bc we keep kosher and yoel wachtel who ordered the dominoes food on wolt failed to realize that. while the kafquesque mix up prevented us from eating un kosher pizza[ ?] (hasgaha pratit) we still should be refunded by domino. stephanie very very helpful, professional, with service ethic. This is a landmark hotel filled with history in the heart of Jerusalem very close to the old city . The grounds are beautiful. I love the pool area . Also the food is outstanding there . We had amazing meals Unfortunately this hotel does not seem to be properly managed . Generally arrogant defensive and unhelpful staff. Apart from a couple exceptions. Hard mattresses and pillows . Expected better service given the ranking of the hotel

The location is perfect. The pool and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is extremely accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing.

The staff was mostly pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. The waiters were pushy and overly eager at the Grill Room Restaurant, trying to push us to order more and even openly asking for a tip.

Location, gravitas, history Gym designed for 5 people when dozens are expected. No meaningful internet on sixth floor For the price breakfast is ok rather than stunning Rooms not insulated from next room nor from outside noises

I wish there was more parking options available maybe a parking garage connected to the hotel and with handicapped accessibility from hotel to parking area.

Old world charm, historically significant, the location and the pool was extraordinary . Great water pressure in the bathrooms plenty of towels I don’t know. Little things : the rooms don’t have enough outlets, no iron or shoe horn oh the bathroom floors are slippery .

Staff is old fashion, not a 5 star hotel. Room service is a scandal, the hotel didn’t change for the last 20years

The location is amazing. The pool is beautiful. The view and grounds are amazing Nothing!!

Their service staff are exceptionally great. Oriya from F&B is "THE BEST".

The King David Hotel is a historic landmark in Jerusalem. The rich history of this hotel, is only matched by its impeccable ambiance, and inviting atmosphere. The staff are truly fantastic and attentive. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the bedding is luxurious and comfortable. Only that my stay wasn’t longer. ☺️

Everything it was all amazing we did the massage and it was absolutly amazing it was the bedt that i have ever had. The meat resturant was very nice and excellent food the service was amazing even before.bed there is a surprise waiting foe you The only thing we didnt like was that we couldnt go to the afternoon tea because we didnt book it in advance

Room was lovely, Breakfast was good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lunch at the pool was disappointing and the ingredients were stale and the small sauces were old and moldy.
