The Eldan Hotel

Location met my expectations specificaly due to the proximity to the film festival Room was small, 2 separate beds attached together, small bathroom, no balcony, 80s design, loud lobby, no service... not so clean

Solely location. Nothing else Room not same as advertised Room old and run down Cracks on wall Floor chipped Horrible lighting in Room Toilet broken Door to Room won't lock Room smells

Location placed me in the area where there was much to do and not too far. I door key repeatedly had to be rekeyed. Which meant I went up to my room, the key did not work, I had to go back down the desk and have key reprogramed and then return to my room.

Great location, very comfortable, loved the available parking and the breakfast!

The location was in the area I wanted. My Room: The overhead light did not work. There was a lack of connectivity between TV & remote. Told the front desk right away. Still not addressed nor noted for maintenance. 2nd room: card key was deactivated 3 times in two days! Some sort of maintenance work was being done with drill until 10 at night. Wasn’t looking for luxury digs on this trip, but I do expect the basics to be in place.

The staff, the location, the value and the breakfast were all perfect!

I'm a returning client to this cosy, affordable and generally charming little hotel. The location couldn't be better, and the breakfast exceeds the price rate of the hotel. Two single beds loosely connected are not an alternative to a double bed, as was booked and explicitly requested.

I had made a mistake in the reservation (wrong date) and the staff was super accomodating, finding us rooms anyway. Much appreciated!

The room is very dark . The new lighting design is needed.

Stayed here for a very long time and it felt very homey. Everyone is nice and helpful. Food is good. Good vibes. Amaaazing location. Could use some updating.

Underrated hotel in a good location, very comfortable rooms and reasonably priced. All good.

Smell

Switch for bedside lamp would work sometimes and not others…wire connection? Soap dispenser in showet fell off the wall. Toilet flush knob loose As above

Location to the Old City, the staff was so wonderful. Kind and friendly

The location was great, right on the corner with King David St. Breakfast buffet was included with our room booking and was decent. Very good variety, plenty of food, never left hungry but the tables, chairs and placemats were not very clean. The room was dismal. Too small, rundown, very dated. We asked to have a room on the top floor as those were renovated recently and looked nice. Our room was not and there was nowhere to put our clothes, so couldn't unpack our suitcases for the 8 days we were there. There was no bureau or chest of drawers, just a tiny closet with literally 3 hangers in it, and a couple of small shelves. Not a good situation.

The property has lovely staff working there. However the rooms are old, stained, not well maintained and rather uncomfortable.

Lots of loud staff/construction on the floor in the room next to mine starting at 8am

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff wasn't very nice.Every person gave me a different answer. It was upsetting and annoying.
