An absolutely unforgettable stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect, with a spacious and incredibly comfortable bed—it truly felt like sleeping on a cloud. The service was flawless, and the breakfast was exceptional, offering an impressive variety of high-quality food. The hotel is elegant and luxurious, the rooms are spotless, and every detail is carefully maintained. Most importantly, every member of the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. This hotel makes you feel like royalty staying in a magnificent palace. We can't wait to come back! I have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect.

Special thhanks to Yaren from the front desk very kind and professional ❤️

Look - it's a very nice hotel, but I spent the last 2 weeks chasing a tax invoice which they are refusing to give. Impossible to get a tax invoice - they are saying they won't give one because I booked through booking. Booking are saying (and written on their website) that the property should give an invoice. Now I actually need to involve a lawyer, when it's obvious that it's illegal to not give an invoice. This really sucks because the hotel itself is really nice.

Location and parking Needs a very thorough evaluation by WA leadership over quality of product being produced

The rooms were absolutely amazing — very stylish, elegant, and beautifully designed with a classic atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the combination of timeless style with a fully integrated smart home system and modern technology. Everything felt luxurious, comfortable, and visually stunning. The location was also great, very close to the city center. We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the staff surprised us with a lovely gift — champagne and a small cake, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay even more special. The spa was also incredible, and the massage was truly excellent — definitely one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. Overall, it was a real pleasure to stay there and truly enjoyable for the eye. As for the service, the staff were polite and clearly trying their best, but we personally would have appreciated a warmer and more attentive atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but not exactly to our taste — we would have preferred more hot dishes and a wider selection. There also seemed to be too few waiters during breakfast service, so coffee took quite a long time to arrive. Still, the team genuinely seemed to be making an effort.

We loved everything about the property highly exceptional hotel, exceptional service, exceptional accommodation, hospitality, service customer service house keeping this is a top-notch hotel that provides excellent accommodation and service. Highly recommended if you can afford it. a little more pricier than the other hotels but certainly worth it. This is our second round. We loved everything about it

The location is great! Loved the neatness of the place. Came 45 minutes before breakfast ends and didn't have much of a variety, especially when I am on a gluten-free diet.

Excellent. Great location and super clean. The staff was wonderful. Felt very secure and will stay again soon. Highly recommended!

Food was good not great. But they tried very hard to please.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, amazing service and staff, I thank Gus for his professionalism. Breakfast is great - generous and varied. Very comfortable and clean rooms Beautiful spa by Guerlain English spoken everywhere which is valuable The only thing was the view from my room because there were huge works but it obviously does not depend on the hotel. However the reception manager has immediately proposed us to change for the other side, very efficient team, thank you once again

We loved our stay. The hotel was absolutely beautiful.

The foundations are great. Hight quality facility and a great location. Not a top notch hotel anymore, accordng to my experience. Furst, the whole place is tailored towards ultra Orthodox Jewish requirements, meaning everything is super kosher, most of the facilities close early before Saturday (Shabbat). This wasn't clear in the booking process and really compromised the entire quality of our stay. I'm Jewish myself, but I'm coming for a vacation. Not to a "Charedi" stay. Not fun. Not cool. Room service: sub-par quality (which was surprising). Can't even get these guys on the internal phone system unless you wait more than 20 minutes (other 5 star hotels - you get immediate response). They let you rot. When they do show up - they also show up late, with many errors in the order. Breakfast: ok for a 4 star hotel, but very unimpressive overall. Staff: Not a single "persoanlity" there to make you feel like you're hosted by someone who cares. Def ntop notch like would expect at the WA. Parking: no free parking. This isn't what you would expect when you book at the Waldorf Astoria. But if it was a 3 or 4 star hotel I'd say it is almsot decent.

Large family room. Great food The room windows are internal above the dining room so there was a lot of noise at the evening. The price for Friday dinner is very high

Great location! The upkeep of the hotel isn’t the greatest. Staff was nice when they were around. Shabbat meals weren’t too good but I think that’s an Israeli thing.
