The staff always welcome to help. The hotel arranged very nice for my wife's birthday and made it even more special. The facility was very goid and clean. Rich breakfest. Nothing special

The dinner was good but way too expensive The lunch we took from the caffe: the only option for sabbat if you do not want to spend a fortune. We had to choose between 2 salads and a couple of sandviches. We received old vegetables that even worst caffeteria would be ashaimed to serve. Such a nice hotel could try better. Note that the spa does not have dry sauna.

Super elegant and organized. The nicest breakfast we had in Israel. The room is amazing. Not so big but very comfortable.

Went to the rooftop restaurant at 8:00pm on Saturday night well after Shabbat ended but still only had the Shabbat menu. Had to find another restaurant Never were able to make it to Happy face as the hours were limited

The breakfast was sufficient, varied and very tasty. It also included options for vegetarians. The staff was very attentive and proactive, smiling and respectul and the locațiune of the breakfast was amazing.
