the place is near to the center i think they need to renovate some of the rooms because like where we stay the tiles of the floor is not complete and the curtains so dirty

excellent stay not having someone at the front desk when needed to talk to a staff member.

So clean and the smell of the room is so good

The location was fantastic. The staff were very nice. We always had hot water. I would not classify this as a hotel. This was the bottom floor of an apartment building complex. The rooms were not cleaned during our five day stay. We did however get clean towels upon request. If you manage your expectations and know what to expect you will be happy here.

I really liked how homey the place felt. It gave me the feeling of having my own little spot in Jerusalem. The building looks and feels like a home with separate rooms, almost like an Airbnb, which was exactly the experience I wanted in Jerusalem. Even though it is a proper hotel, it still had that warm, personal touch. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Nothing stood out as a problem. It was a great stay.

The room looks nice It doesn't look like a hotel at all! It looks like a really old building with renovated rooms that look similar to the pictures but much smaller, there is no lobby and the garden really doesn't look like the pictures. The view from the room looks bad.

Staff… LOCATION…. Value Could use an update of some furnishings! They are well-used but really look worn… neglected cleaning of air vents, curtains and floors under furniture. Outdoor furnishings area is so nice but, tables should be cleaned off and cushions brushed off.

2 blocks from Jaffa Gate for US$240 per night this it is not a hotel... it is more like a cheap hostel with a private bathroom. Room was NOT cleaned daily.

Location. That’s about it… Very basic and quite far from the photos shown in the page. Pure for sleeping purposes - no facilities whatsoever. Sort of basement rooms, with no windows worth opening or even looking. Shower has seen better days…

Everything is okay and great but i hope there is a staff all long night because last time there is a family booked there

My room was fine. It was clean, quiet, and had all the basics. Here is more of what you can expect: There is a coffee maker in your room, a larger one in the small reception area, and you have WIFI, but you have to ask for anything else you need (more hangers, a hair drier, iron, etc., and then they are provided). The location is very good. You can find just about everything you might wish for within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, and some sightseeing. The hotel is in the Jewish section of Jerusalem, and the entry gate and door to the small building where you are staying are left unlocked from Friday night to Saturday night (Shabbat), but you can still lock the door to your own room and open it with your magnetic key. I had a restful stay at De Cardo Boutique and would definitely go back there again. I was there for four nights and didn't have any issues at all.
